I liked this competition very much. I would like to thank this community and @artist1111 for organizing this competition. Today I have brought to you this recipe of how to make mutton dal. Actually, we keep making many types of dal. But today I am telling you how to make Toor Dal and Mutton. It takes a little more time to make because we have to cook the dal and mutton longer. But after making it, it tastes very tasty. So let's start making the Mutton Dal recipe.

Ginger-Garlic Paste | 2 spoons |

chili powder | 2 spoons |
turmeric powder | 1 spoons |
coriander powder | 3 spoons |
Spices | 2 spoons |
Salt | 1 spoons |
Fenugreek seeds | as needed |

First of all we have to wash the mutton thoroughly with water. After that we have to give a cooker. In it we have to add chopped onions and then we have to add mutton. After that we have to wash the toor dal thoroughly with water.
We have to wash the Yellow lenti and put it in the cooker. After that we have to add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Then we have to add some turmeric and salt and pour water. After that we have to close the lid of the cooker and cook the mutton and dal well.
Now we have to put oil and cumin seeds in a separate vessel. After that we have to add onion, ginger-garlic paste and tomato.
Now we have to add red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, masala, kasoori fenugreek and green coriander.
After that all the spices have to be roasted well. We also have to add some water in it so that the spices do not burn. Then we have to add the cooked mutton and lentils to the prepared spices and mix them well and then cook for some time. In this way we have to prepare mutton dal. So here mutton dal is ready. It is more enjoyable to eat with rice.
