Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?
Bitter gourd is a vegetable that we all unlike to eat. Even when our mother brings bitter gourd home, we ask why she brought this bitter gourd. Many people do not like to eat bitter gourd because it is a very bitter vegetable. But even though bitter gourd is bitter, it contains many nutrients. That is why our mothers and grandmothers do not forget to bring bitter gourd when they bring vegetables. Because bitter gourd is a good and beneficial food for some diseases. Even if we do not like it, if we can add bitter gourd to our daily diet, it is very good for our body.
So, the vitamins contained in bitter gourd are vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamins B1, B2, and B3. Vitamin C strengthens the body's defenses. Vitamin A is also important for eye health, and the B vitamins provide calmness and energy to the body.
Bitter gourd is a beneficial food for several diseases common in the elderly. It is a divine food for controlling diabetes, reducing cholesterol levels in the body, controlling blood pressure, and for diseases related to the mucous membranes and stomach.
Ladyfingers are rich in which vitamins?
Ladyfingers is another vegetable that adults like to eat but young people and young children reject. But this okra is also a very beneficial vegetable, like bitter gourd. Ladyfingers is especially rich in fiber, which makes it easier for the digestive process. Also, due to its low calorie value and anti-inflammatory properties, it is suitable for weight control and body health.
Like bitter gourd, ladyfingers also provides protection for controlling blood pressure, reducing the level of toxins in the body, and destroying some diseases.
The vitamins contained in ladyfingers and their benefits are,
• Vitamin A - Improves eye health, helps maintain skin and nail properties. Therefore, okra is very beneficial for those with eye diseases.
• Vitamin B - Especially vitamin B9 is important for pregnant mothers. It is necessary for the formation of new cell membranes for baby.
• Vitamin C - Increase the body's defenses, acts as an antioxidant.
• Vitamin E - Improves soft skin and the body's antioxidant process. Therefore, ladyfingers is an ideal vegetable for young women who want to be beautiful.
• Vitamin K - Organizes the blood clotting process, and is also important for bone health.
Pistachio are rich in which vitamins?
Pistachio is a species of tree in the cashew family that produces edible seeds, especially those with a highly nutritious and delicious nut.
These seeds contain particularly high-quality proteins and oils, and are also rich in several different vitamins.
• Vitamin B1 - Is important for the body's energy metabolism.
• Vitamin B2- Helps the body produce vitamin D.
• Vitamin B3 - Is necessary for reducing cholesterol levels and for biochemical reactions in food.
• Vitamin B6 - The vitamin B6 contained here helps produce hemoglobin in the blood and improves brain cell dynamics. It also strengthens the immune system.
• Vitamin E - Acts as an antioxidant. (Helps protect the skin and reduce the signs of aging. )
