Immediately, I told my daughter to get a scissor, I'd used scissor inorder to pick and cut the stalk stem so that it will not be totally destruct the other newly grown leaves.

After I've pick the malabar spinach on my backyard, I suddenly went to a nearby store to buy some of the spices and ingredients of my recipe that I've going to cooked. And also it is perfect because we have no viand for our breakfast and with that, I immediately wash the newly harvested malabar spinach combined with a mix vegetables properly.

Which is the ingredients and spices of my recipe for breakfast are; mix vegetables - including the malabar spinach stalk and leaves, squash, ladys finger, string beans, gabi, cabbage, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, edible oil, magic sarap, oyster sauce, water and sardines. Then prepare the neccessary ingredients and kitchen utensils for cooking, and I start immediately in cooking my mix vegetables with sardines recipe.
My cooking steps
• First turn on the stove and heat the pan, then pour the edible oil and when heated, add the slice onion, followed with the slice garlic, deep fry to golden brown.
• And add the sardines and fry it for a seconds, then pour about a glass of water. Next to that, add the mix vegetables and cover it. Cook it for 10 minutes in a constant fire until it was properly cooked, and when it is already soft and smoothen, then pour the magic sarp and oyster sauce.
• After a while, now finish with my ginisang mix vegetables with sardines recipe, and it is ready to serve.
