Today was indeed an amazing Sunday!
Our Reverend transfered later came ending last year, December to be precised and he finally packed on Friday. Our new pastor reported that same Friday and resumed work today.

I woke up today feeling all happy and excited because,, I was filled with so much anticipation and I couldn't wait to meet our newly transferred pastor. I studied God's word and said my morning prayers before I headed outside to do my morning Chores, so as to get ready for service on time.

Immediately I was done with my chores, I went straight to the bathroom, took my bath and got dressed for service. I was able to arrive at the church before the commencement of the service and that really made me happy, knowing fully well that I won't miss any section of the service.

The service started with opening prayers by our new pastor before other activities followed. All the fellowship groups sang, the secretary gave announcements and welcomed those who were fellowshipping with us for the first time with the permission of new pastor, offering was collected after the announcement.

An amazing, inspiring and powerful message was delivered by our new pastor in person of Pst. Abraham Ali. I felt the energy and enthusiasm coming from the congregation, it was a clear indication that our newly transferred pastor had already made a significant impact on our church. You need to see the excitement that was on the faces of our church member today,, everyone laughed and also learned something different as well.

We stayed in church today longer than we used to and before we got home from church,, it was already pass 1:00pm. On our way coming back home, myself and my younger sister snapped few pictures. I got home, took my bath, changed my dress, ate quickly and headed straight for a meeting because I was already running late.

The meeting ended few minutes pass 5:00pm. I branched at a friend's place and stayed there for some hours before I returned home. I got home few minutes pass 8:00pm. I took my evening bath as soon as I got home and entered my room. I wasn't feeling hungry because I had already eaten noodles prepared by my friend for me.

As I sat down to reflect on how my day was spent,, i was super excited and filled with immense gratitude for an amazing such as this. I feel so blessed to be part of today's service and cannot wait to experience firsthand the impact of our newly pastor leadership in my church.

After this moment of reflection,, I said my night prayers and slept.
