Drawing Contest || Week-42 || Draw a picture of Artichoke
Assalamualaikum to my Steemians fellows!
I hope everyone is enjoying their life by the grace of Allah Almighty. I am @munazamalik and I am from #pakistan. I want to participate in this drawing contest and this is my second post in this community #SteemForPakistan. I hope you will support my post and also thank you Mr @enamul17 for organizing this post and giving us the opportunity to participate in this.
Whenever I have free time and have nothing to do I prefer to draw as I like drawing. I think drawing is a work of Art and a great hobby and this is best for peoples who want to do something creative. So I loved to draw this Artichoke for this contest. Above is the final picture that I draw it can be more beautiful but I do not have shiny colors now but for the first payout from Steemit I will buy a full set of glitter colors. For now here are the instruments I used to draw this drawing and I will also tell the steps to draw this Artichoke.
- A black Pencil
- Eraser
- Sharpener
- A green Pencil color
- A black Pointer
- A Scale
My first step I took a picture of Artichoke from the internet and 2nd step start drawing it with my pencil step by step. It was a hard task because the shape was difficult to draw but I gave my best efforts and drew it line by line 3rd step to make it easy and as beautiful and clear as it can be.

The drawing was completed and it looked good and now it was time to color this drawing so I just took the green color pencil and 4th step started coloring. Step by step colored it and then I saw that the pencil became lighter due to the color so 5th Step I took the black pointer and highlighted it. I have focus that should only highlight the lighter part to make the color and pencil equal. Now it looks so amazing and beautiful I also showed it to my family and they really liked it. So I hope the community also likes my post and supports me in this.
I am not familiar with artichokes, even though I have never seen them in real but I researched them on the internet and got to know that they are available in Pakistan, although they're not as commonly grown as other vegetables. Artichokes are primarily cultivated in certain regions of the country and are considered a specialty crop. No, I have never eaten artichokes in my life but I love to explore new things so I want to try artichokes to know the taste of it.
In terms of pricing, artichokes in Pakistan typically cost between 500-700 PKR per piece, which is approximately 12-17 STEEM. The price can vary depending on the season and availability in different regions of the country.
