Welcome to my post, my dear friends. How's everything going? I hope that you all will be fine and enjoying your life. I am also fine and good. Alhumdullilah

Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?

Bitter guard is a vegetable that is not liked by many people including me but it has a lot of positive effects that most people do not know I must say that after learning the advantages of these vegetables then they will eat them. In my local language, we call this vegetable as Karela. So basically Bitter Guard is rich in Vitamin C, A, and Vitamin B complex. As we all know Vitamins are very important for the health of a Human being, and when there are natural vitamins then these vitamins are superb. Now you all are thinking that what Is the advantages of this vegetable. Right? So let's begin with Vitamin C.So, Vitamin C this vitamin works as an antioxidant in our body and also boosts our immune system (immunity). And on the other side, vitamin A is very important for our Eye health and also this vitamin is very helpful for our skin. Vitamin B simply helps in providing energy to our body. Moreover, this disease is very helpful for a lot of diseases like controlling blood pressure, normal cholesterol level diabetes, etc.

Ladyfingers are rich in which vitamins?

One of my favorite vegetables is Lady finger. We call this Bindi in our native language. This is the only vegetable which I like the most.This vegetable is cooked with Oil, Masalas, and some other spices and onions. Then we eat as we like to eat like this. However, this vegetable is rich in many vitamins like A, B,C,D, and E. However it is highly rich in the first 3 vitamins. As I mentioned above Vitamin A is very beneficial for the eye and skin. Someone having issues related to it can eat this vegetable. Vitamin B helps in giving us energy and much more like when any woman is pregnant so this vegetable is very beneficial for them. Vitamin C acts as an oxidant and also boosts our immunity. Also, I forgot to tell you about Vitamin K, it strengthens the bone and helps in blood clotting.

Pistachio are rich in which vitamins?

One of my most favorite dry fruits is Pishtasio.I mostly bring this to school and there in the School bus I eat.My mother likes to bring this dry fruit a lot as she likes this too. Pishtasio is mostly rich in Vitamin B, K, and E. I have mentioned these vitamins too. Vitamin B is simply very useful for energy and much more like it sharpens our brain. Vitamin E is very useful for beautiful skin and is a very strong antioxidant. Vitamin K helps in blood clotting and it makes our bones stronger. In our native language, we call this dry fruit as Pista.
