Hello Everyone....

Hello steemian friends wherever you are... I hope you are healthy and happy. Thank you to the Pakistani steem community for holding a watermelon drawing contest.

Tools needed for drawing

Book for drawing
Pencil for drawing sketches
Eraser
Colored pencils

If you don't have a drawing book, you can replace it with avs paper or plain white paper.

For colored pencils I use colored pencils from Greebel products.

Besides using colored pencils, I also use colorful pens.

Well step Drawing

The first step is to draw the small stalk of the watermelon well.

After making the stem then proceed with making a large circle or circle in the shape of a watermelon waste, and also a sketch of a split watermelon.

And proceed with giving gradients or patterns and motifs found on the watermelon skin.

Little by little we will color the skin of the watermelon. Here I used a dark green color on the watermelon rind pattern.

Now this is a watermelon that has been given colored pencils

Next we draw a watermelon that has been cut and we also color the contents of the watermelon in red and the watermelon seeds in black.

So here is the result of the watermelon that we have drawn and colored.

✅ Have you eaten this fruit before? In your opinion, when is the right time to eat this fruit that is beneficial to our health?

Of course I never ate watermelon. I even harvested watermelons in my aunt's garden. He was a farmer. He planted watermelons when the rice field season was over, so instead of the empty land my aunt planted two types of watermelons. He planted red watermelons and also watermelons with yellow fruit contents. Of course these two types of watermelon have different characteristics and also different tastes. However, if the watermelon is cared for properly, given fertilizer and not too often in the rain, then it will have a very sweet taste.

There are many good times when we eat watermelon, such as after consuming food that is too spicy and oily, we should eat watermelon as a dessert. Watermelon fruit will help us prevent canker sores .

✅Do you buy this fruit from the market or have your own fruit trees? How much is it worth in your area ?

My mother likes watermelon, when watermelon season arrives, many watermelon vendors sell watermelons on the roadside and also in shops. Occasionally we buy watermelons, but not too often.

For watermelon prices range from Rp. 9000/kg or around 3 Steem.

✅ Would you like to plant this fruit tree at home or suggest us to plant it? Why?

Watermelon fruit is a fruit that is easy to grow in fertile soil. At that time, watermelons were growing in the yard, maybe because the watermelon seeds were thrown there. But he didn't grow well because the goats ate the watermelon leaves. My house didn't have a fence or fence gate, so the local goats often ate whatever plants they found.

My advice, if your yard is maintained, it would be great if you planted fruit or vegetable sticks. Not only watermelons, and it will benefit you when they can be harvested.
