Today I am here to submit one of my photos in the Sharing my general knowledge contest organized by @sahar78 mam and now I present my post in this contest of knowledge.

Bitter gourd is rich in vitamins?

Bitter gourd is one of the important vegetables of our Bangladesh and several nutrients can be found in this vegetable. Bitter gourd mainly contains nutrients such as Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin E. Corolla taste bitter. But this vegetable is very delicious when cooked. Potato and fish curry with bitter gourd is very famous in our Bangladesh and personally I like this curry very much.

By keeping these vegetables like bitter gourd in the food list, the nutritional quality of the food increases many times and it increases the body's ability to resist various diseases.

Which vitamins are rich in Ladyfingers ?

Ladyfinger is a popular field vegetable and contains several nutrients. Personally, I like rinds a lot, especially rinds curry is my favorite. Besides, the fried rice is also very tasty. Ladyfinger contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C etc. Betel nut also contains a large amount of Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Iron which are beneficial for our body.

There are many benefits of eating radish and one of them is that eating this vegetable helps in our digestion and the chances of getting sore throat are reduced to a great extent. Most of the time I include ladyfinger vegetable in my food list.

What vitamins are rich in pistachios?

Pistachio nuts are a well-known name and are highly nutritious food. Pistachios contain riboflavin, vitamin B5, folate, vitamin E and vitamin K which are highly effective nutrients for collateral. Moreover, the fat profile of raw pistachios consists mainly of monounsaturated fat, polyunsaturated fat and a small amount of saturated fat. This food is very important for body building or physical health.

And I myself love this nutrient packed food because it is a nut food. The occasional addition of teesta in the diet increases the quality of the food to a great extent and this food is very important for physical improvement.
