Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are healthy in the morning of the glorious month of Ramadan and are celebrating the month of Ramadan with health. Steem for Pakistan Community Moderator @artist1111 sir has organized Season 16 -: Share Your Food diaries, Reviews, and Adventures! Competition. This week of the competition, I have brought a great beef recipe for beef lovers. I have said before that beef can be cooked in different ways. Most of the time, we cook beef by grinding spices. But today I will cook beef by mixing all the ingredients by hand. Earlier, I used to see my mother, grandmother, and aunts cooking beef by mixing it by hand. The taste that comes from cooking meat in this way cannot be obtained in any other way. I have brought a very fun and delicious beef recipe post for all my food lover friends.

Method of marinating beef with all the spices:
- First, I washed 1 kg of beef well and drained the water. I took the meat in a large bowl to marinate the spices. For 1 kg of meat, I added 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, garlic paste, salt as required, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 3-4 pieces of garam masala, 4 cardamoms, 2 black cardamoms, one bay leaf and 150 grams cooking oil.

- After adding all the spices to the meat, first mix all the spices well with your hands. Then mix the spices very well with the meat. The taste of the meat depends on the mixing of the spices.

- Step 3:
After marinating the meat, I turned on the stove and placed the pot on the stove. I closed the pot and cooked the meat for 10 minutes.
- Step 4:
After 10 minutes, I removed the lid of the meat and shook the meat. At this stage, the excess water will come out of the meat. Without adding any water, I will grind the meat well with the excess water that comes out of the meat and keep the stove on medium heat.

- Step 5:
After grinding the meat, when the oil separates from the meat, I added boiling hot water to cook the meat well. Adding boiling water will soften the meat quickly and the color of the meat will not change.

- Step 6:
Then I will cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. After 20-25 minutes of cooking, when the meat broth becomes thick, I will sprinkle garam masala powder on the meat.

- Step 7:
After adding garam masala powder, I will keep the meat pot on low for 2 minutes. Then the beef will be ready to serve.
