Monthly Target Touch Challenge(May)
📝 What is the main wish or target for May that you want to fulfill?
For May, my main goal is to develop a consistent daily routine that balances creativity, productivity, and wellness. This includes fitness, fixed time slots for study, work, learning new things, and rest.
📝 Apart from that, what are the wishes or targets that you want to achieve this month?
The targets that I want to achieve this month are as follows:
- Finish reading at least two books
- Improve my sleep hour/routine
- Practice meditation and mindfulness daily
- Post consistently on the Steemit platform every day
- Declutter one area of my life and my home weekly.
📝 Share about the month-long preparation to fulfill this wish or target.
Before the month of May, I created a flexible but structured daily schedule for myself, in which I set digital reminders and kept a habit tracker for myself. Also, I have reduced distractions like opening my social media accounts often, and I planned to review every one of my actions towards the weekend for any adjustments. I have also chosen books and tools in advance to avoid any friction in my decision.
📝 What were your wishes or targets in April? Have you been able to achieve them?
My targets in April were:
- Improve my physical activity by at least 2 workouts weekly
- Launch a small side project
- Eat healthy food with less sugar and enough greens
- Reflect weekly on myself
I was able to achieve my workout target and was also able to create a creative project which was 60% done. Finally, I was able to stay away from eating sugar.
