Vitamin C is the vitamin that helps to enhance immunity and skin repair, whereas Vitamin K, is the vitamin that aids in blood clotting and bone health. In addition to this, vitamin B9 (Folate) is the essential vitamin that is needed for pregnant women for the development of feta.
Pistachios are rich in which vitamins?
Pistachios are rich in the following vitamins which are:
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin E
- Vitamin K
Vitamin B6 is the vitamin that supports the function of the brain and hormone regulation, vitamin E is the vitamin that acts as an antioxidant for cell and skin protection and finally, vitamin K is the vitamin that helps to support proper blood clotting and bone health.
