The Diary game. A Day of Resolving Disputes, Ensuring Progress, Evening Reflection, and Family Time
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
The second part of the holy month of Ramadan has started, and with every passing day, the body is becoming accustomed and acclimatized to the harsh conditions that we put our body through throughout the day. Now, a person who is fasting hardly feels any hunger or difficulty during the day. For me, fasting is quite helpful, not only because of its rewards but also because it helps maintain physical health. I feel a little lighter than I was a few weeks ago, and I am anticipating a good change by the end of this month.
Today again, I got up early, had the pre-dawn meal, and before I could join my parents in the dining room, I performed ablution. With every passing day, the end time of Suhoor decreases, and each day, we need to rise a little earlier compared to the previous day.
Today, after finishing my meal, I went straight to offer the morning prayers at the nearby mosque. As the temperature has dropped slightly due to consistent cloud cover and intermittent rain, going to the mosque early in the morning has become a little difficult. After finishing the prayers, I headed back home to get some more sleep because I couldn’t complete my sleep last night due to going to bed a little late.
I got out of bed around 9 AM and took a shower to get ready for the office. As I was getting ready, my colleague called me and asked me to wait for him at my place because he was also coming to the same village for some grievance redressal. I waited for him, and once he arrived, we headed towards the village together.
Upon reaching the place, we went straight to inspect the ongoing work, for which a complaint had been submitted at the block office. At the site, we were informed that the issue was personal—some locals were preventing the contractor from carrying out the developmental work due to a family property dispute. After intervening, we managed to settle the dispute to some extent and convinced both parties to allow the work to proceed smoothly.
After leaving the site, we headed to a middle school where we had planned some work, which was again being opposed by a person residing next to the school. Once again, we convinced him by explaining the importance of the work, making our effort successful.
It was a day spent settling disputes throughout, and then we headed back to our respective places around 4 PM. I was hungry as I was fasting, and today, the day felt a little longer because a lot of arbitration was needed between the parties to ensure a smoother path for the developmental works that had to be finalized before the 31st of March this year. These works are being carried out under capital expenditure, which is a lapsable fund and needs to be spent before the 31st of March.
Later in the day, after freshening up, I made preparations for breaking the fast. Later at night, after performing the special Isha prayer, I returned home, went to bed, and called it a day.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
