"My Favourite Street Food"

What is your favorite street food, and where is it usually found?

My favorite street food right now is satay, including chicken liver satay, sausage satay, meatball satay, tempeh satay, tofu satay and others. This food is commonly sold in every city in Indonesia, because it is the most favorite street food.

In my own area, this street food is usually found on the edge of Jagu Beach in Lhokseumawe City, and food like satay is also easy to find on any roadside.

What ingredients are used to prepare it?

The ingredients used to prepare this street food are chicken, flour and also basic ingredients for making tempeh, tofu and meatballs, but currently the sellers usually buy meatballs and sausages that are ready-made on the market. Likewise with chicken liver and skin which are already available on the market.

What makes this street food special to you? And how often do you consume it?

What makes this street food perfect for me is because it has a very delicious taste, especially since these snacks are grilled first which makes the taste even more delicious.

I really like food that is cooked by grilling because it tastes even more delicious, especially after being doused with soy sauce and sauce which makes the taste even more delicious, even though this food is my favorite food, I rarely eat this street food because I am currently very busy, maybe I eat this street food once every 2 weeks.

Would you recommend it to others? Why or why not?

I would like to recommend this street food to others because you should also try this delicious street food, especially for those of you who like meatballs or satays that are grilled directly over charcoal, you should try this delicious food.

And I'm sure you'll love it too, this street food tastes very cheap too, which is only Rp 1,000 or equivalent to 0.3 STEEM to Rp 2,000 or equivalent to 0.7 STEEM per skewer.
