Hello Friends, meet me again i am your very own Faran Nabeel ans today am back into steem for Pakistan community for participating in the new contest of sharing my general knowledge. So, today i will share my knowledge about to vegetables and which vegetable is rich in which vitamin. So, let's start writing.


Bitter gourd is rich in which vitamins?

Bitter Gourd is the very famous vegetable for it's health benefits. It is rich in the several essential vitamins, as particularly it is the good source of vitamin C and A. The vitamin C is known for boosting the immune system and it's good role in the collagen formation, while the vitamin A is the crucial for the maintain our health and promoting the skin health.

Bitter gourd are contains B-vitamins which are very important for the production of energy in our body and it is important for maintain the healthy nervous system. It is the good source of antioxidants that help us to protect our body from the oxidative stress and inflammations.


Ladyfingers are rich in which vitamins?

Ladyfingers (Okra) is also a very famous vegetable in my local area and it is a rich source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K. That helps in boosting the immune system and supports wound healing to our body, while this the vitamin K plays a very key role in the blood clotting and the bone health. Okra also contains the moderate amounts of Vitamin A, which contributes to our skin health. Vitamin B9 that is essential for the cell division and the formation of DNA it is also contain in ladyfinger.


Pistachio are rich in which vitamins?

Pistachios are packed with the several vitamins with the most notable being is the Vitamin B6. It is essential for the health of our brain, it is also very important of the production of red blood cells and the regulating mood. Pistachio provide the good amount of vitamin E, that is very powerful antioxidant that help us to protect our body's cells from the damages. In the addition, it is a source of Vitamin B1, that is important for the converting our food into energy.
