After making my research on this I have come to know that bitter gourd is a vegetable that has a good amount of some vitamins like A, K and C. ait also contains some amount of vitamin Bwhich help in metabolism of energy in the body, brain and red blood cell synthesis also. It also contains some minerals like potassium, iron and magnesium. Bitter gourd can also be used as part of the normal daily diet. .
Ladyfingers popularly known as Okra, is rich in vitamins A, C and K. Which some of the function of those Vitamin including: Vitamin A helps in boasting the eyes sight and it is also help in immune booster. Vitamin C helps in improving the human health and also helps in skin development. The okra also contains some B complex vitamins helps the body In providing energy and health systems. Ladyfingers is use when preparing some of our native soups and it also very delicious too.
Pistachios are rich in vitamin B6 which help in formation of metabolism, maturity of the brain, formation of the red blood cells and improving of immune systems. It also contains some vitamin E which helps in prevent cell damages. Pistachio also offer some healthy fats, fiber, protein, and minerals like copper, manganese, and phosphorus which helps in developing the body systems.
