Hello my dear friends in Steem For Pakistan,how are you all doing? trust you all are doing great alright let me quickly dive in into the contest topic "Red"! Appreciation to @saintkelvin17 for another wonderful contest
"Red" is an intense color of love,danger, anger,blood and adventures. The color red is my energizing force and it's the most visible colour for me that captures the attention in many ways and a very charismatic and cool colour to look at.
Everyone of us have our own various personal associations with the color "Red" but, when it comes to red, its reminds me of our blood which is red and passion i.e love. Well red has different meanings depending on the context and am going to dive into it which is symbols,blood and emotions;
• Symbols: Red in symbols passes a powerful meanings across our mind when its comes to symbols which indicates dangers,warnings/signs,ambulances,security etc. The question is what actually comes to our mind when we see red symbols in the study of danger? funny enough i perceive phobia and changes of mood when such occur. It can also be seen as both a symbol of power and enticement too.
• Blood: Our blood is red because it is made up of cells that are red, which are called red blood cells because of hemoglobin present in blood cells. These hemoglobin has a molecule called a "heme" which has the metal iron in it. When the iron is oxygenated, it becomes red.
• Emotions: The colour red in this aspect is associated with passion love, desire, warmth, and comfort which evokes strong emotions.
These explains why most people/couples wear red consistently during valentines day and on Christmas period. Its a powerful colour that elicits powerful emotions, connections and also increases physical attraction and romantic sentiments in comparison to other colors.
The human blood and animals are red in colour because of the presence of haemoglobin which are the protein in red blood cells. These haemoglobin contains iron heme groups that binds oxygen making our blood red in colour. Our blood ranges from crimson to a dark brown-blood or a brighter shades depending on how oxygenated the blood is. Its impossible to see that our blood appears to be blue or orange in colour.
The level or amount of oxygen in the blood determines the hue of red in the blood. Therefore
blood is a health vital for the functioning of the human body and overall well-being.

I actually took a picture of pepper/tomatoes in the market while buying them which are red in colour for steemit contest use. Its known that peppers especially red pepper are the sweetest of varieties while green peppers taste more bitter because they are in unripe forms. Pepper comes in a range of different colours but red chill peppers are considered the healthiest because they have more great source of potassium and Vitamin A and potassium helps to keep your heart healthy by lowering blood pressure and to fight belly bloat by reducing water retention."
Secondly is a flower that signifines love and passion. Thier are natural flowers that has spotted red colours like Hibiscus, red rose, scarlet sege etc. They diverse genus with many species featuring large, showy flowers in different shades of red and properties.

Red is the color of energy, passion and action, its a warm and positive color that excites our emotions and motivates us to take action in various angle. Whenever i put on red dress or red lipstick it makes me look bright,smart and feel bold. It's really a powerful,beautiful color and one of the brightest.
