One Picture 1 Story Week #91
Hello my dear friends. I am one of your friends. My name is Kartik Agarwal. I live in India. I am going to share my thoughts with you. I like this contest very much . This contest is launched by @suboohi ma'am. So let's begin without wasting time;
There lived a rich family named Ramkishan in a town. He had four sons. All the four sons were lazy and useless. They used to fight a lot among themselves. They never got along. Ramkishan was always troubled by this behavior of his sons.
He did not understand how to increase love between his sons and how to make them understand. He always used to advise his children to live together but all four of them did not understand this and used to fight with each other every day over small matters. All the people of the town also tried to explain to him but he could not understand anything.
Ramkishan could not understand how to make his children understand because he had no shortage of money or anything else but the only shortage was in the behavior and conduct of his children due to which he was always troubled and unhappy. He always used to tell his children to live in harmony because there is strength in unity. If you all live in harmony, no one can harm you.
One day Ramkishan called all his four sons and said that there are two or four sticks, pick them up one by one and break them. All the four boys did as their father had said. They picked up one stick each and broke it. Then the father asked them to take four sticks together and break them. None of the boys could break them. This time the father explained to all the children that see how much power there is in unity.
All of you broke the sticks very easily one by one and you all together could not break these four sticks. This proves that no one can harm a single person. If all four of you stay together in unity, no one can do anything to you. You should always live in harmony. All the children understood the advice given by their father very easily and all the four brothers started living together with humility and unity.
