Dear Sir, it has been three days since the winner announcement, but I have not yet received the booming support. I would also like to inform you that I was selected as the first winner in a contest last month as well, but I did not receive the booming support for that either.

Dear, we always try to provide support to deserving users, however sometimes we face problems with time management.
You might be right in a way that your post might not be supported, but for a reason. Sometimes we select winners but their post is nearly closed which is not eligible for boom curation criteria. In this case, we invite the user to create a new post and provide support on the new post.
As for your post, this time yesterday we added your post link on the "booming chart sheet", but before getting support from the "booming" account, "Sc01" upvoted your post and it didn’t get upvoted from the Steemit team with booming vote with a reason (Already upvoted by Sc01).

Although in such situations our boom vote gets missed. Since you already got support, we could not provide additional support.
