Olives are rich in which vitamins?

I use this olive oil as my body lotion

In Bangladesh olives are a very common fruit mostly in winter. There are two olive trees at our house in the village. They are used by most people to make pickles or chutney. My Mom’s homemade olive pickle is very good. However olives are not just tasty, they are very nutrient rich. The vitamin E and A they have. Vitamin E protects the body cells from damage. It helps keep the skin soft and healthy. Olive Helps lessen age spots on the skin. Olive contains vitamin A good for the eyes. It improves vision and prevents night blindness.

Olive oil is not very familiar Bangladesh because It's very costly. But people who are very health conscious are now using it for cooking. I use olive oil as my body lotion. It’s good for the heart and decreases bad cholesterol. In short both health and beauty are served by olives and their oil.

Oranges are rich in which vitamins?

I really love the orange fruit.
Oranges are easily found in our country markets all over the years. This is perfect fruit for good source of vitamin C. During cold and flu season vitamin C helps by boosting the immune system. It helps too to remove toxins from the body and keep skin bright and fresh.

Oranges contain citric acid, this helps in digestion and burns fat from body. Many people drinks orange juice in the morning to stay refreshed.

I sometimes make some skincare ingredients from orange peels. They are good for the skin and very healthy.

Berries 🍒 are rich in which vitamins?

I know there are lots of types of berries. Berries are becoming popular in Bangladesh. I love eating berries. Now these are being grown in Cox's Bazar, Chittagong and Rangpur. They taste great, and they are also very nutritious. Vitamin C and antioxidants are quite common for them. Vitamin C helps preventing signs of aging on the skin and keeps it smooth.

Berries are great for the heart because it helps to keep blood circulating and reduces the chance of heart disease. They also assist with memory as well. We don’t just eat berries raw. They can also be used in a smoothie, in cakes or desserts. Many people love them because berries are easily available in Bangladesh.
