I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. I organized this contest in which I found a variety of good entries; among them, many people deserve to be voted for. I am choosing them as a winner. I have received 12 entries in this contest and am choosing two of them as winners.
All those who participate in the contest are winners for us, but some of them put in extra effort, so they are announced as a winners.

I am mentioning all the questions in this announcement so that if our boss @steemcurator01 has time, he can answer any or all of them for us.
I had a question in my mind for a long time about SC01 but the contest organized by dear Ahsan Sharif allowed me to tell. The question I want to ask is their only one person behind the SC01 account. Like is there only one person who is controlling the SC01 account or are a lot of humans who are controlling the account? This is the only question which I want to ask from Dear. SC01.I hope that you will never mind this question.

Steemcurator01 is somebody we can rely on to earn a good reward. Although I don't know whether it's a he or she, in my view, he was a male. The question I will ask him is what is the secret behind having a huge amount of Steem Power he accumulates because the moment they upvote a writer's article, there will be a big vote shown on their post. No other person can give you such an amount of votes. Lastly, what can users do to receive such a big vote? I will be very glad if you answer this question as I expected.

When I joined #steemit newly, that was 2022, there was a practice carried out by this body. And it's uncertain that those practices are no longer visible as of then.
Back then in 2022, for as long as I used hashtag #newcomer, my post received a $2 reward. But, it's not visible as of then. I want to ask, Can this body re-establish this system of rewarding users with the hashtag #newcomer?

I would ask them a single question about their capacity to deal with over 100 user responses through votes and comments each day. Such fast and accurate delivery of personalized insightful responses reaches an astonishing level and the way they handle numerous precise and caring interactions within such a high volume remains a secret to me.

I had this question in my mind for a long time but I was not able to ask it. But the contest held by dear Ahsan Sharif allowed me to ask if you could tell me what things we need to take care of to be successful on Steemit and what kind of posts we need to put on steemit that will help us be successful on Steemit. Apart from that, which was your favorite post and how did you feel while voting for it? This was my question. I hope you will answer it.

I would ask how steem curator 01 is the driving force behind the votes on posts. Is there something they are looking out for in the posts of Steemians and since many Steemians make valuable posts with quality pictures, how are they able to navigate the platform, searching for the best posts and giving votes accordingly?

If I were to engage him in a conversation the one question that I would love to ask him would be, how does it feel to handle an account that is worth millions of dollars?
Because I'd always wonder if the level of steem power in his wallet is so much and so valuable and trust me such money can buy anything in this world, I would ask him just to share with me how it feels to control such assets.

The question I will ask them is which kind of quality post they upvote how to make my post more quality and how to also help those upcoming newcomers on the platform on how they can earn the upvote very well.

This question is very important because I keep thinking about it from before, the identity of all the curators on this steemit platform is open, and they are selected every month based on their qualifications, but no one knows who @-steeemcurator01 is, that is why without knowing him, there is no question of any personal question. But I would just like to know the answer to only one question from him how does he select the best post or posts from the thousands of posts received daily on this platform? And what are their criteria for voting on those posts?

I would like to ask you the following: How do you see Steemit in the future? Currently, given the ups and downs in the value of our currency, users do not have the financial stability to allow them to fully dedicate themselves to working on this platform. That is why I would like to know if those in charge of managing this ecosystem are working in that direction and if they are designing the pertinent strategies to strengthen and consolidate Steemit as a magnificent option in the universe of content creators.

I would ask them what they would want me to personally do that would make steemit and the Steeming experience a better one for all the hardworking and amazing steemians out there in our ecosystem.
Aside been a part of the steemit projects and abiding by the rules, I believe there is something deep in their hearts that they would love to be done to improve all of our experiences. I would gladly listen and do all within me to be a part of that growth and the next level of steemit.

I have one question to ask. Maybe curator01 will get angry with me if he sees this and sees the question I have asked. But I would like to ask what I have to ask directly. Because I think it is better to say it than to keep it in mind. I have seen that SC01 votes are given to the same users. Mostly they are users from the same country. A new user rarely gets a vote from SC01. That is the question I have to ask. Also, in the past, some users got high votes from curator01 and then even removed their steem from this platform.
If this steemit platform is a family, its mother is steemcurator01. We are the children of this family. So, shouldn't a mother treat all her children equally without discrimination..? No matter how many children she has, shouldn't all her children receive her love equally..?

I really miss this contest. I should I have shared my own experience and the mind blowing question I would like to ask the SC01. But nevertheless, I still gain a lot of knowledge from this as some of my questions are being asked my some steemit users. Let me share some of them I found interested:
@sur-riti is the person that asked this question. What brothers me too is that I don't know whether he's a male or female, he or she. What also brothers me is how he/she. Managed to select quality post among numerous post public everyday. How is that possible? I also stand with @sur-riti to know the criteria behind giving support of post.
@ahmneska asked about how we can make our post quality. I have red read that several times. They told me to use markdown, catchy title, picture, videos, gif and good grammar. Is there something else we're missing?
This user @alysaa also asked the question which is so important to me, or would I say will benefit everyone if it answered. There are many communities with thousands of post posted everyday. How do he manage to locate post in different communities. I personally will want to know what I need to know to improved my self. I know we may not get the direct answer but am happy this contest has given us the privilege to express ourselves.

I completely agree with the point of view given in your comment. It was nice to hear that your queries are also like mine, but it has been more than 2 years since I have been working on this platform, but now I am seeing tremendous changes in the work on this platform, earlier no curator used to upvote any entry until the moderators of the communities read the post thoroughly and evaluated it, it seems now neither there is any need for any evaluation, nor is there any importance of anyone's reputation, nor is there any special importance of anyone's club status. Because now all the curators keep upvoting the posts of users in a hurry without fully checking these facts. In such a situation, a question mark arises on the credibility of the moderator. What is the need for a moderator to review or mark every post, when a user will get upvotes from a curator even without reading his comment. And there are many such topics on which if I start commenting, then many other established and senior people will feel bad, and I do not want to hurt anyone's feelings with my words.

I know you have several questions you want to ask. But I want to tell you something, if you notice anything to need to talk about, say something. For me, though I haven't noticed that before but I know that some community would verify the post first but there are some community that do not. I think the main point is that different community have differ rules. I can tell you that they're some community that sharing a post on X is not mandatory. So I think it depends on the community. Another thing I want to say is that, I know we have been working hard to create post everyday but it might seem we're not getting a support for it. My dear, I asked the same question too but then I realized that I should look beyond the curation. Don't worry, let's just keep doing our best then one day we will surely get the support. It is always a free choice if you promote your post. To many this is not possible because X is forbidden!
It's also a fact that X restricts what we are allowed to see (rules set by governments to protect the citizens against fake news...
If promoting a post on X is a mandatory of a community I would say: post somewhere else or in your blog (which is what I did as I was told by a community to do and I never returned!). Same counts for setting beneficiaries.

After that I had 3 times a fight about me setting beneficiaries, and about what I wrote (not creative and not fitting to the community according to one moderator while the moderator who hosted the contest had invited me.
I don't need those commumities but they need me. That's how I see it and I'm not willing to change my writing because of someone who doesn't read.
That is the difference between me and others. Twice I removed a post and posted it elsewhere.
Since that time a lot has changed and now creative posts are asked, personal posts, no templates.

Lo digo porque, desde que comenzaron los Retos de Enseñanza, apartando a las comunidades como organizadoras de ese tipo de desafíos. me estoy preguntando si no existe la intención de que tales comunidades desaparezcan de la plataforma. I don't know the intentions of the steemit team, but since weekly competitions are not being organized like before, many members are facing a lack of work. Those who use tricks, artificial intelligence, bots, and references are making their mark, and ordinary members like us, who run their lives on this platform based only on our experiences and logical knowledge, are having a lot of trouble keeping pace with all this.
