My dear friends, here we are moving forward towards the next month of community curators and I would like to say thanks to @steemitblog for bringing out some positive changes in the criteria for becoming curators to provide an opportunity to the Steemians who are interested in serving the platform as a curator. So, this month, I'm going to apply alone as a Steem connector because I have an ability and I'm ready for that responsibility.

Dear Steemit Team,
I’ve thought long and hard about whether to apply for SC in June 2024. As a moderator and former curator (twice: steemcurator04, March, 2025 and steemcurator05, April, 2025) I know what it takes and understand teamwork well. This time, I’d like to apply alone to demonstrate my capabilities. I am up to the task and can identify quality posts and comments, including those in personal blogs, that deserve to be rewarded.
I am @abdullahw2, an active Steemian who reads many posts and likes to engage. I connect with Steemians on Discord, Telegram and WhatsApp I help where I can and know where to turn when I need guidance.
As a dedicated Steem enthusiast, I’ve grown steadily and never powered down. I enjoy interactions with Steemians worldwide. I am reliable, hardworking and know how to communicate, inspire and learn something new daily.
I have time and am prepared.
Currently I'm working as a moderator in Steem For Pakistan, Hindwhale community and Healthy Steem community as well.
I was a part of team 2 in March 2025. Also, I was a part of team 3 in April 2025.
In these communities, I organise contests every week related to the different topics especially based on the themes of these communities. Through these contents, I provide an opportunity to the steemians to share their knowledge and thoughts with fellow steemians through participating in these contests. Also, through these contests, they get their rewards in the form of booming and Steem Power from my own wallet.

You made me smile and it wasn't just your photo that did that. It shows strength and courage to go solo and I understand it very well. With a partner can be easier, but it can also be a source of stress and a struggle and take away from the goal you had in mind, causing the curatorial period to reflect a very different end result than you had envisioned and the set goal not met.
Courage? Yes, because all the responsibility is borne by you, but if you are prepared, you save yourself the time of daily discussions and unexpected "surprises" and also stress because you can decide when to vote and don't have to wait for the next one to take over, the SP is at 100 and whether the time to start is convenient for the cllega.
I got to know you quite well and know you can do this. Best of luck to you I hope there will be more who dare to do this on their own. It would make more clear what voting behaviour i and presumably also motivate more to look outside their own communities and national borders.

Hello dear friend @wakeupkitty, your kind and thoughtful words truly touched my heart. You're absolutely right going solo does require courage, but it also brings a sense of freedom and clarity. It allows me to stay focused on the purpose, make independent decisions, and grow through the process without unnecessary delays or compromises.
I truly appreciate your recognition and encouragement. It means a lot coming from someone who understands the deeper layers of what this journey involves. I hope my step forward inspires others too, and that we all continue to support one another across communities and cultures.
Supporting every steemian is my main goal due to which I always think and go beyond communities, countries and regions while curating. I'm excited and prepared for that 💪.

You can count on my vote & support afterall my first application was also solo 🤣 and even with a way lower SP as was asked back then.
After my first experiences my brother helped me and implented some of my wishes and @aneukpineung78 built on it and made my "crazy" ideas visible and today he developed something unique.
He did what no other SC-team ever did or even thought about!
So from solo I changed in 2x solo and it works wonderwell.
A good partner is hard to find and I agree with everything you said. To active Steemians curating worldwide is not an impossible task.

Some months ago I couldn't fine any Steemian to join me in a team , I also applied solo application. Then miracly two enthusiastic Steemians joined me to apply in a team. I hope you will select and tackle solo curator task. All the best . :)
