Winters demand | Recipe of Shahi Halwa 🍮 by Carrot🥕

of them, one is the halwa of carrot. I love it the most and always try to make it more special. I first tried it on last year and was not so experienced with the cooking. But this year I made it in a different way and it tastes amazing. So without any further delay, I’m going to share this appealing dessert with all of you.
𒆜 Ingredients For Cooking 𒆜
🥕 Step - 1 🥣
First I put the milk pan on the stove.
I waited until it boiled properly and then I kept it aside to be at a normal temperature.
🥕 Step - 2 🥣
In this second step I put a pan on the stove and keep it for heating.
After the pam properly I put four spoons of ghee in it.
🥕 Step - 3 🥣
I waited a little to heat the ghee.
Into the heating ghee, I put all the grated carrots gradually in it.
🥕 Step - 4 🥣
I mixed all the ghee with these grated carrots so well.
After cooking the carrots for a while I put the four-table spoon sugar powder in it.
🥕 Step - 5 🥣
I mixed all the sugar powder with the carrots. After a while the sugar releases a little water from it and I wait until it dries.
Hereafter from the boiled milk I put half a liter of milk in it.
🥕 Step - 6 🥣
By stirring, I mixed very well the milk with all the carrots.
After a few minutes, I put the cardamom powder in it and let it be cooked until it is milk mixed and dried with the carrots.
🥕 Step - 7 🥣
Besides I put another pan on another stove and after heating it put two spoons of ghee in it. After that, I put half a liter of milk in it and then mixed it.
🥕 Step - 8 🥣
I waited till the boiled properly.
When the milk boiled well then I added the milk powder to it.
🥕 Step - 9 🥣
I keep stirring the milk without any breaks.
After around fifteen minutes the texture will be like this and it will not stick to the pan then I understand that my Mawa is ready for use in Halwa.
🥕 Step - 10 🥣
With a spoon, I separate into small sizes like the images.
Then I put it in a bowl and kept it aside.
🥕 Step - 11 🥣
Within this time my halwa was almost cooked and the color was perfect.
I cut the nuts vertically into small pieces.
🥕 Step - 12 🥣
In this step, I put the cut nuts into my carrot halwa.
After that I put the raisins into it and let it be cooked for 1 minute.
🥕 Step - 13 🥣
Then the halwa texture is comes like this.
At the end add the mawa into it for making the halwa more delicious. I mixed it so well.

Cooking it for five minutes more put it down, put some cut nuts upon it, and then serve it into a white bowl.
