"Pick a Word, Paint a Story #09."

Welcome to my blog, friends! It is all about smile, and this is a five-letter word that comes with lots of magical healing. It is a gesture that seems simple but with an ever-healing therapy each time it is expressed. But we may need to know the actual meaning of a smile, be it real or fake. It is one powerful path of expressing human communication.

Just as simple as it is, it is a facial expression that requires the movement of the mouth and other parts of the face in a manner that is pleasant and friendly to the other. It is symbolic of an expression of happiness and friendliness. Each time it is used, it simply passes a message predominantly for good deeds and in joy-filled states of mind.

Over time, we have seen people express this singular symbol of happiness and amusement in another dimension. Other than the genuine smile, which we all know sincerely symbolizes happiness from the inner side and outward expression, we are also mischievous. In this case, the facial expression and inner part are not in convergence.

We can also see smiles reflected when we are on our official duty. In this situation, we do not see a loose kind of smile but a polite smile with lots of etiquette. However, when we are tensed and nervous, we can see some form of discomfort in our smile (Nervous Smiles). This primarily comes with stressful circumstances around us.

One significant thing I've come to understand about smiles is that it has helped build up our emotional expression to one another. We lift others when we smile at them by showing them we are in concurrence with them. Showing empathy and connecting with one another is one good thing smiles have helped to foster among us.

I always remember when my dietician would say, always smile as much as you can in a day, especially during our "activities of daily living." this helps to relieve stress and anxiety, as well as enhance our mood. Some of the happy hormones are induced during this smile activity. On the other hand, our brain tends to respond very well during this, which usually sends signals of pleasure and a happy mood.

Some would say that a smile is contagious. We may have found ourselves smiling when we see others do. Just like we do when they yawn! There is music that very much tries to explain the importance of smiles and their effects. A very distinctive song by one of our top-rated artists in the country. Maybe listening 🎶 would convey the message better...

In summary, a smile, though it is a facial expression used for human communication and expression, goes deeper to show empathy, connection, and acceptance. It is a gesture that has been observed to impact everyone, both the person who smiles and those who smile. It is an antidote to depression and sad mood. It is known that those who smile can induce happy hormones that overcome negativity.

¡Holaaa amigo!🤗

Indeed, smile is a beautiful human trait that makes it easy to let go of any enmity. A person who is happy in this world is one who is always smiling, regardless of the effects of the outside world. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. Good luck.
