Contest || The Effect of Rising Inflation on Everyday Life

Hello my dear Steemians,
Today I wanted to write for this contest that is running by @deepak94, here is the link if you are also interested:
The topic of this contest is something that may touch everyone, despite of having in some countries there is wealthy communities and we can think that people earn good still those people may also say that they feel how much more everything costs now.
For me, I notice inflation in the first instance on our daily food, even when we simply buy flour that was before approximately £0,45 but now it is £0,95 and that is really a big jump during very short time. The same we notice on anything like bread, eggs, cheese and of course meat.
Often we notice that once the food is getting expensive then people buy less and also they buy only what they need, that also means that people will through away less and start to appreciate more what we have. If we started to have more control of our food and actually feel better with that then there is another inflation that we can not control it.
In UK, this time we have increased council taxes and that included everything electricity, gas, water and wastes of garbage and water waste. It was something that we expected and I was not really looking forward.
What to do to fight with inflation, there is no way we need to follow the rules and pay our bills, our tickets, pay for our life. The only way to fight inflation is to get work that will bring you more income or sometimes maybe two jobs and that is what some people here do.
For me it is important to save my money, avoid unnecessary items to buy and only what we need and use. I try not to buy ready food but cook myself and also will be holiday somewhere that is not far and not expensive.
I am inviting following users for contest: @rumanaafroz, @monz122, @uzma4882
