Welcome to my new post to all my steemeian friends I hope you all are well and Alhamdulillah I am also well Bangladesh has been going through a lot of trouble and some unsettled days for the past few days in between everything is fine by the grace of Allah and hope we can spend the coming days well. Today I am here to participate in a recipe contest so first of all I want to thank @jyoti-thelight who organized such a beautiful contest today I am ready to mention all the food descriptions of my last 23 days but let's start without delay.

MORNING TIME

My family and I don't like eating heavy meals after waking up in the morning and I want to make some recipes in a short time which will keep my body healthy and give energy to my body so that I can spend the whole day healthy and thinking like this. I thought about what could be prepared today and my son said he was craving noodles so without any further thought I got ready to make noodles made egg noodles today with eggs and served with very tasty Jhal Jhal Noodles My family was pleased and I also completed my breakfast with these noodles. It was good noodles on this EGG.

This noon I wanted to make a different recipe but this recipe must have vegetables so today I was ready to make a bharta recipe I made a great recipe with small fish and borbatti this bharta was very tasty and then I cooked I made a great recipe with kachur Lati Kathaler biche and Magur fish very tasty and hot in this Kachur Lati with Jackfruit Bichi recipe
Very common in the village area and this type of recipe is used a lot in my grandma's house today I am going to mention that recipe here I will show the complete recipe here along with the preparation method but let's start

Here are the ingredients that will be needed to prepare my recipe
Amountingredients
Magur fishas required A small quantity of
kochur lotias required
Jackfruit seedsas required
Onion5 green pis
chilliesThree
saltOne spoon
cumin powder1 spoon
roasted powderOne spoon
turmeric powderHalf spoon
dry chilli powderOne spoon
oilas required
It is very easy to prepare my recipe with all these ingredients but now let's know this preparation method step by step

First, you have to chop a lot of jackfruit seeds, green chillies and onions,

then take a clean pan and wash all the vegetables well,

then add all the spices here,

then rub the spices and vegetables well with your hands,

then put the pan in the oven.After 5 minutes add the washed magur fish here

then it's done recipes and this curry with hot rice is very tasty and nice.

Today I had ripe mangoes during my evening snack as many ripe mangoes were brought home our country house has many mango trees and mangoes are brought from there all the mangoes are almost ripe so didn't want to eat any other fried food today evening time. And completed the evening meal with ripe mangoes and it was very nutritious eating mangoes at the time of An is very fun so today's evening meal was completed with mangoes.

Today I completed my whole day's meal in vegetables so for dinner also I didn't change anything that's why I had sweet gourd at night there are lots of nutrients in this sweet lau and our diet we need to include sweet lau in our diet two to three days a week. Very useful for the body and also a very popular vegetable in summer Rice gourd is not available much during other times of the year but during summer time this rice gourd is available very cheap in the market. It is very good and this rice gourd helps a lot to fulfill the water requirement of the body. Today I made a recipe with rice gourd and fish. And the dinner was very fun. All the family finished the dinner with great fun.

CONCLUSION

It is very important to include more vegetables in our diet without eating too much spicy and oily food and make them delicious or in different ways. It is very essential for our body and helps us a lot in keeping us healthy. I hope you like and enjoy all my recipes today and see you all again in a new post. Thank you all again. You eat a light breakfast early in the morning, you don't eat a heavy breakfast so that you can go through the day peacefully. When your son asked you about noodles, you prepared noodles without any doubt. Noodles are loved by all people especially kids and it is a very good early morning meal. Other activities are great if you choose free
