"Pick a Word, Paint a Story #10"
Hello my steemian friends, and my friends of HIND WHALE COMMUNITY,
This is my participation in the contest “Choose the Word, Write the Story #10” organized by @senehasa in Hindwhale Community
My Topic is HEART
This story is quite old and is about a boy of this era. Remembering this still gives me goosebumps and I wonder if a boy can be so bad for his mother.
Although this is just a story and has nothing to do with reality, but through this story we were told that no matter how bad a son is, his mother will always think about his well being.
In a small town, a single mother struggled throughout her life to raise her son and she educated him and made him a grown up. For the well being of her son, that mother never thought of remarriage even after becoming a widow in her youth, whereas when she became a widow, she was given many offers of remarriage. She was always worried about her son that if she remarried, it is possible that her new husband may not accept the son born from her old husband. And she knew that in many such cases, there was always a rift between father and son.
The woman sent her son to a hostel in a big city for higher education. There the boy got lost in the glamour of the city. He started forgetting all the sacrifices made by his mother. He also fell in the company of bad friends. Among these friends was a young and beautiful girl with a bad character who had no tender feelings. This simple boy from our village slowly started getting trapped in the love of this girl. But he did not know that all those bad friends used to make fun of him behind his back. These bad friends made him a victim of drugs and bad habits.
One day he proposed to the girl in a drunken state, but the smart girl turned him down and said that she will think about it and then tell him.
The boy had gone mad in her love and he repeatedly asked the girl to give her decision. When the girl told all this to her bad friends, the bad boys suggested her a very horrible trick to get rid of the boy, the girl's stupid thinking decided to act on it.
And the next time when the boy asked her about her decision, she asked him what is your most favourite thing, the boy said his most favourite thing is his mother. The girl then said "So go and bring your mother's heart and give it to me"
The boy stood in a confused state for some time and then he said okay, I will bring it.
And that very night he reached his mother's village and in a drunken state killed his mother and took out her heart, and when he turned back he hit the door and fell on the ground,
As soon as he fell, the mother's heart said "My child, are you not hurt?"
The boy's intoxication vanished and he started crying bitterly, but it was too late now. He spent the rest of his life behind prison bars atoning for his mistake.
I would also like to invite here @josepha @tammanna and @mehwish-almas

¡Holaaa amigo!🤗
This story is a painful reminder of how ignorance, bad influences, and blind love can lead a person to unimaginable destruction.
Thanks friend, you always make me happy by giving nice comments on my articles.
best wishes.

The mother would have readily offered her heart if the son had asked for it. That is how mother's love.
Thank you for participating in the contest.
God has given a very big heart to mother. Anyway, this is just a symbolic story.
