Ingredients

Ingredients	Quantity
Egg	3 pieces
Coconut	1 piece
Coconut milk	2 cup
Red chilli paste	1 tablespoon
Cumin paste	1 tablespoon
Garlic paste	1/2 tablespoon
Raw chilli	6 pieces
Tumaric powder	1/2 tablespoons
Salt powder	1 tablespoons
Cumin powder	1 tablespoons
Dry chilli powder	1 tablespoons
Onion chopping	2 tablespoons
Garam masala powder	1/2 tablespoons
Water	2 cup
Mustard oil	4 tablespoons

Directions

First of all i took one piece of coconut and cut this coconut from middle porson and did chopping. Afjpg| that i collected coconut milk from coconut.

i took three piece of eggs and boil this eggs as needed. I removed egg peels.

I add two tablespoons mustrad oil in pan and add tumaric, salt as needed and fry this three piece of eggs as needed and pick up this eggs from pan.

I add two tablespoons mustrad oil in pan and add onion chopping and raw chilli. I add cumin paste, garlic paste, red chilli paste. After frying sometimes, i add coconut milk with fry onion and add red chilli power with coconut milk.

I add five minutes and add boil egg with coconut milk boil five minutes of this curry and add garam masala and boil three minutes. I pick up this egg malai curry recipe from pan.
