Rising inflation has significant impact on everyone's life living in Inflation has impacts on household to business. I have the following breakdown of effects of inflation,
Increased cost of living
Inflation has become the source of sharp rise in the basic and everyday life things like food , fuel and utilities.The prices of sugar ,wheat and other things become out of reach of middle class people.
Reduced purchasing power
Inflation has outpaced the salary increments which results many Pakistanis are unable to maintain basic life needs.At the same time same amount of money is used to buy less things as compare to past.

Impact on business
Small and medium businesses has been struggling due to increased operational costs on raw materials and also on transport cost.In this regard many small businesses have reduce their labor and which give rise to another issue unemployment.

Housing and rent challenges
With the increase in construction costs the property prices and rents also increased a lot . People in urban areas are in real problem to afford living expenses.This give rise to informal settlements and shared living space.

In Pakistan getting education is becoming difficult for Middle class because day by day fees of educational institutes are increasing. In the same way in health department there is a need of settlement. For middle class it's not easy for them to bear medical expenses.

Social and psychological impact
The economic impact has great impact on people and plays important role in elevating stress, anxiety, discomfort and frustration.Many people are struggling with financial insecurities and as a result they are hopeless.
