Starting by wishing good health to all steemit friends. I will be sharing with you about my daily foot today through Food Diary Game Contest in Hindwhale Community. Like many people, I love to eat. But try to eat in moderation for good health. Anyway, let's get started.
Now it's winter and during winter pithapuli is often eaten in our house in the morning. Because my father-in-law does not want to eat any food like rice in the morning. So we have to prepare different kinds of food every day. So today I made steamed pita for breakfast to eat with date juice. There is no adulteration in the date palm juice of our house. So eat breakfast as delicious as well as unadulterated food. It tastes great with steamed pita with date juice.
At around 11 am we went to our vegetable garden and saw that the papaya tree had ripened. So my husband and I eat sweet ripe papaya and we chat a lot. Most of the fruits in the market contain formalin. The joy of eating formalin-free fruit from your own vegetable garden is different.
In the afternoon I cook potatoes and green vegetables, rice with eggs. We eat heavy meals like rice at noon every day. Because I work all day, so I try to have bhav or rice type food for lunch. Eating food like rice on a full stomach in the afternoon gives good energy to the body. Eggs are always a favorite of mine and greens are packed with nutrients. So lunch was pretty good for me.
I don't like to eat even at night in winter. But I like to eat light food in the evening. All the family sit together and eat light food and chat. So today I eat apple in the evening and don't eat any other food at night. Apples also contain vitamins and nutrients that are very beneficial for my health.

We should keep healthy food in our daily food menu. Food gives us energy and provides various nutrients. But there are various types of fast food which are very harmful to our health so we should avoid those foods regularly. I love to eat home cooked food and it is very healthy. This was my presentation today.

I really enjoyed looking at your post and the food you shared with us today looks so delicious. And before today I never tried it myself.The breakfast pithapuli you made for your grandpa with date juice looked very delicious. I will definitely try it at home one day.Having breakfast or any meal of the day together with the family is much better because it allows us to have a relaxed conversation with each other.You have rightly said that when a person works all day, he needs to eat a good diet to keep himself fresh and healthy.Eating at home is much better than eating out, it also keeps us healthy. And we cannot get any disease. I also love making food for everyone at home with my own hands. Whenever I am free, I make something new for everyone.
