The theme of the contest is "[Contest] The Talent I Am Proud Of || Season-4". I will participate in the contest today. So let's get started.

Since childhood, I used to eat and love my mother's cooking. After marriage, I have learned to cook everyone's favorite dishes. I am a housewife, so now I can cook various types of dishes very deliciously easily, this is my biggest talent. Because by cooking, I can feed my family. Sometimes I feel like I have regained my cooking skills. I get compliments from everyone for my cooking skills. When they host me at our house or at my father's house, they always ask me to cook. Because everyone says my cooking is very delicious. So I feel proud of myself every time

Fish with Dundul vegetables Curry Recipe

Dhundul vegetables is already a delicious dish. Dundul curry can be cooked in different ways with fish, which is very tempting. In our house, Dundul is often cooked like this during the vegetable season and we all eat it with satisfaction. The steps to make this recipe are very easy.

Preparation method

  • First step: First, cut the Dundul,potatoes clean it and wash it. Then chop the garlic and onion.

  • Step 2: Now wash the fish and marinate it with a small amount of turmeric powder, chili powder and salt for three to four minutes.

  • Step 3: Place a pot on the stove and heat the oil in it. Then fry the fish well on both sides.

  • Step 4: Now add a little more oil to the same pot and lightly fry the garlic and onion.

  • Step 5: Then add the potatoes and salt, stir gently and cover with a small amount of water and let it boil for a while.

  • To keep the dundul vegetables in the recipe green, you must add them after grating the potatoes.

  • Water comes out of the dundul during cooking. So it is better to cook the curry with a small amount of water for the broth.

  • Compared to other recipes, this recipe uses less turmeric powder and chili powder. Then the curry color looks beautiful.

Wow you have made a wonderful recipe. I have some suggestions regarding the interface of your post:

  • Please do not use more than 2 images in a row of the table. Because using more images make them look unclear.

You can notice the pictures which you have used 2 in a row are looking more clear than others.
