HWC contest #112: Food Diary Game - WEEK -35//22-01-2025

Hope you are all well by God's infinite mercy. Alhamdulillah I am also very well. So I came here to show you my very simple recipe of pasta noodles cooked by myself. I miss you so much even in this busy time, so I thought I would share this recipe with you. You might like it, that's why I came to join the contest.

Below are all the materials I need to cook pasta noodles👇👇

So first I prepared all my ingredients for cooking. Then I took the noodles out of the packet. I boiled the noodles and pasta. After boiling, I washed them with cold water and left them for a while to drain the water. Then I lightly boiled the vegetables.

Step1

Then I put the pan in the oven and put oil in it. After putting in the oil, I put the diced onions and chilies. When the onions and chilies are lightly fried, I add two eggs to them. I put the onion and chilies in their extract and added the eggs so that the chilies did not mix with the egg.

Step2

Then when it is fried, I add the pre-boiled vegetables and tomatoes. In oil Then fry the vegetables very well with egg mixture. Then I added the Maggi masalas along with some cumin powder. I also added some salt. I took a long time to grate the vegetables very well. While cooking the vegetables, I kept the flame of the stove on very low heat.

Step3

Then I add pre-boiled pasta and noodles to the vegetables. Keeping the griddle on very low heat, I mixed the noodles with the vegetables very well. Then I added some green chillies and cucumbers and a little sauce on top to make the food smell nicer.

In the middle of cooking, Mom appeared with a ripe papaya. Mom brought it from a neighbor's tree for us. So I cut the papaya. The papaya was very tasty and very sweet. I have loved eating ripe papaya since childhood.

So my son is very interested when he will eat. And my son loves to eat pasta noodles. So I cook this simple way with few ingredients at home. Everyone in the family eats it and appreciates it very much.

I am a very health conscious person. So when my family members and my son want something to eat, I try to make it at home as best I can. To stay healthy in our daily life we ​​must consume healthy food. So we all should prepare food list properly. Food plays an essential role in keeping the mind and body health.
