First of all I would like to thank @jyoti-thelight and for organizing this tasty competition and i would also like to invite @hasank @azad45and @razali123, to participate this contest.

The name of the dish is Chitai pitha or roasted liver with roti and Mung dal.

Currently, the biggest worship of Muslims is the month of Ramadan. In this fasting month, I suddenly wanted to eat Chita Roti and Liver. I have rice flour at home and beef liver in the fridge. So I can cook it today if I want. It is not too late for Iftar time, so I have to cook a little quickly. First, I cleaned the liver and washed it well. Then I cooked the mung dal and liver together with all the spices in a pressure cooker. On the other hand, I made chitai roti with rice flour. Making chitai roti is not very difficult. After cooking, I served the food in a bowl. And during Iftar, I enjoyed the food. I am eating such food after a long time. This is a traditional food of our country.

Chitai Roti

Chitai roti is basically made with rice powder. So it contains a lot of carbohydrates, which provide energy to our body.It also contains a small amount of protein and fiber.Chitai roti also contains vitamin B and some essential minerals.
Beef Liver

Beef liver is an excellent source of protein. It contains a lot of iron, vitamin A, vitamin B12 and copper.Iron helps our body produce red blood cells and prevents anemia.Vitamin A helps in eye health and immunity.Vitamin B12 maintains the functioning of the nervous system.However, since beef liver is high in cholesterol, those who have cholesterol problems should eat it in moderation.
Moong Dal

Moong Dal is rich in protein and fiber.It is a good source of vitamin B, folate, magnesium and potassium. Moong Dal is easy to digest and provides essential amino acids for the body. Moong Dal helps in reducing cholesterol and reducing the risk of heart disease.

Eating these three foods together creates a balanced diet, which provides various nutrients required by our body. However, it should be consumed in moderation and those who have any specific health problems should consult a doctor.
