Today I will be sharing one of my favourite food. Winter is a blessing for me for this god recipe . I love the flavour of this. So without wasting time let's learn how to make it.

Making Process
Step- I
First I took two brinjals and cleaned them well. Since I will not peel them, I have to clean them well. After washing them with clean water, I cut the brinjals into pieces. I made round pieces. You can make the pieces as you wish. I took one large size and one medium size brinjal. I did not water the brinjals after cutting them.
Step-II
Then I combine the ingredients. I have arranged all of them on a plate according to the above mentioned quantities. Now I will mix these ingredients with the help of a spatula to make a paste. You should try to mix the ingredients well together. And be careful while adding the amount of water because too much water will make the mixture unusable.
Step-III
In this step, I mixed the ingredients well in the brinjal pieces. I added water little by little. The brinjal pieces look quite colorful. In this way, I marinated the brinjal pieces and kept them for a short time.
Step- IV
Now I heat a frying pan and heat oil. Use less oil at the begaining. When oil is heated put the brinjal and low the heat. After placing all the brinjal pieces cover it and let it cook gradually.
Step-V
Let the brinjal cook well. Flip the brinjals after 2-3 minutes. After cooking them for 10 to 12 minutes, they will turn brown and crispy. Then serve them hot.
