The Diary Game 11th June 2025 | The beginning of the day with a cup of tea
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Yesterday I went to my mother-in-law's house with my wife, and my father-in-law and mother-in-law. At the end of the day, although my father-in-law and mother-in-law returned to their own home in the evening, my wife and I stayed at my maternal grandfather's house. I liked the environment there; those who read my diary might understand this in relation to the last diary entry.
So, I spent the night there and then woke up around eight in the morning, as I had risen for the Fajr prayer and performed it. I had a complete and satisfying sleep. After waking up at eight in the morning, my aunt (mother-in-law) made milk tea for me. Then I took a picture of the milk tea and had it.
After that, I had everyone's meal, and after eating, my wife and I promised not to delay any further and to return to our home. Meanwhile, my uncle-in-law and mother-in-law were not letting us go, as they kept saying many times that we should not leave now and we can leave in the evening. Of course, those who are hosting the feast say such things to keep the guests.
But the weather outside was gradually becoming hotter, and I felt it would be even hotter by noon or evening. We were afraid, so my wife and I left early in the morning after bidding farewell to everyone. We were going towards the city after passing through the village. We stopped at a market after crossing the village and set off directly towards the city for a day's journey.
From the picture, you might already understand what the situation outside is like. The intensity of the sunlight and the weather conditions. It took us nearly an hour to travel from my uncle-in-law's village to our city. We endured all the hardships and the intense heat, and we went to the city's house. That is, to my in-laws' house. After reaching home,
my father-in-law and mother-in-law asked me to stay a few more days and for some more time. But I had already discussed in detail about not staying before, and I informed my in-laws again. After resting for a while, my wife brought me mangoes. On one side were ripe mangoes and on the other side were unripe mangoes.
During this hot summer season, eating ripe mangoes is a lot of fun, especially those kept in the fridge. I enjoyed eating the cold ripe mangoes and felt refreshed. After finishing the meal, I lay down for a while and spent some time on my mobile. This way, I spent a long time, almost until the noon Zuhr prayer.
After that, I took a shower and felt fresh. Then I went to the mosque to perform the Zuhr prayer. After finishing the prayer, I returned home to find that my mother-in-law had finished cooking, so she had prepared food for me. After that, I took pictures of the food.
And my mother-in-law has cooked for me, which includes pulao rice and beef bhuna, fried eggs, and lentils. My mother-in-law has cooked exactly what I love to eat. Moreover, the food cooked by my mother-in-law is extremely beautiful and delicious. So I ate with satisfaction, although during this hot weather, spicy food and beef feel even hotter.
But there's nothing to be done; I don't pay attention to anything during meal times, haha. After finishing the meal, I took a little rest until the afternoon. Meanwhile, my wife said that we would go out for a little walk in the afternoon. But due to the intense heat, we decided to wait a bit longer until the temperature outside cools down. Then we went to a college.
The name of this college is Government Syed Hatem Ali College, Barisal. I made a post last night about sharing the experience of wandering around this college and reviewing it. However, I presented it as a diary because that's how my day went. We spent the evening that way and then went home.
After reaching home, I rested for a while and had dinner. I spent the rest of the time with my family. This was the moment of my entire day that I wanted to share with you all, so take care and stay healthy. Allah Hafiz.
