Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new food diarygame post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post. Morning Breakfast

  • Friends, I had dates, cake, and spiced tea for breakfast this morning.If you drink tea with ginger, cardamom and pepper in the morning, it is very beneficial for your health.Then I ate ripe bananas. Alhamdulillah, all of these were my morning breakfast today.

  • The lunch menu included a rui fish curry with gourd and fried potatoes and lentil stew.The lunch menu should generally include meat and vitamin-rich foods to help boost the body's immune system.So today's lunch menu included non-vegetarian and protein-based foods.Alhamdulillah, for lunch I had Rui fish curry with gourd, fried potatoes and Lentils.

Dragon fruitRipe mango

  • For afternoon snack, we ate dragon fruit and fresh ripe mangoes from our tree.Every fruit was very healthy and fresh.Dragon fruit eliminates anemia in our body and ripe mango fulfills the vitamin and nutritional needs of our body.

  • Usually, light food at night is very beneficial for our body, so I ate eggplant and potato curry at night.Alhamdulillah, I finished my dinner with potato curry with eggplant and then I drank a glass of hot milk then went to sleep.Milk is very beneficial for our body which helps in increasing our body's immunity.
