The Diary Game||Date: june 07, 2025||The joy of my first Eid without my father.
Steemian Friends,
Today, I will write in my diary dated June 7, 2025. I will share with you the parts of my daily work through writing a diary. I hope everyone will like my diary writing. Today is the holy Eid of Muslims in our country. I am a Muslim, so I wake up at 6:00 am to offer Eid prayers. After waking up, I bathe the sacrificial cow. Then, I take a bath and leave for the mosque to offer Eid prayers. My mother wakes up in the morning and starts cooking. The time for Eid prayers at our mosque is set for 7:15 am. I go to the mosque with my cousin and my son and offer Eid prayers. Then we exchange greetings with the people of our village. Then, I return home from the mosque at 8:00 am.
With my son at the mosque for Eid prayers
Our mosque is very old. The mosque is the central location for Eid prayers in our area. I have been praying Eid prayers in this mosque since I was a child. There is a madrasa attached to the mosque. The madrasa has arrangements for the education of orphans. I took a few pictures with my son in front of the mosque. Since my father passed away a few days ago, the joy of Eid this year is less among us.
Our traditional Central Mosque
At 9:30 in the morning, the imam of the mosque comes and sacrifices the cow: I and the people around our house slaughter the cow together. A total of three cows are sacrificed in our house. I take a few pictures of the cow. Then we start separating the beef. We work on cutting the meat until 1:00 p.m. It was difficult while cutting the beef as it suddenly started raining. Then, we divide the meat and give it to the people of our community according to Islamic rules. We cook some of the beef for food.
The process of cow sacrifice begins
Then I work on cutting beef until evening. In the evening, I take a bath and rest for some time. Then, the whole family eats the cooked beef. I get tired after cutting beef all day. At 10:00 PM, I eat and go to sleep.

I felt sad reading about your first Eid without your father. It’s not easy, but you stayed strong and did all the Eid work with love. The pictures with your son are really nice.
May Allah give peace to your father’s soul and give you strength. Ameen. You did a great job sharing meat with others. Stay strong and happy always.🤗🌼🌸✨
