After logging in to my Steemit ID, I enter the Wallet. Then I see 415.074 Steem in my Wallet, and my Steem power is 20507.879. I will power up my earned Steem of 415.00 today. Below, I have shown the powering-up method.

Step 01:

First, log in to my Steemit platform with my ID. Then, I click on my ID profile. I see my earned Steem 415. Then I see my Steem power 20507. I will power up my entire Steem today. From now on, I will be in the club of 100 of my earned Steem power. So I click on the arrow in the right corner of my earned Steem. Then I see a text box. Click on the power-up option in the text box. Below, I have shown it in the red block through the screenshot.

I see a text box called Convert to Steem Power. In the amount box, I enter 415 Steem. I will power up all my earned Steem. Then, I click on the power-up option, shown in the screenshot below with a red block.

I see a text box called Confirm Transfer to Vesting. I click on the OK button without changing this text box. Then I waited for some time and checked my ID Wallet. I completed the power-up using my password key. Below, I have shown the screenshot with a red block.

I go to my ID's Wallet and see that my Steem earned is zero. Because I powered up, my SP has increased and is now 21,012. I have shown the screenshot below with a red block.

Importance of Power Up:
Power up is very important on the Steemit platform. My ID is strengthened through power up. If I want to reward good writers by upvoting, I need more SP. My SP increases through power-up. If my SP increases by power up, I can earn through upvotes. I always try to increase my SP by power up. If my SP increases, I will get more Steem through upvotes.

Clubs are very important on the Steemit platform. There are three clubs on the Steemit platform: 100, 75 and 5050. You need to be in one of the clubs to participate in our contests. To be in the clubs, I have to power up according to certain rules. For example, I started powering up all my earned Steem to return to Club 100. I was in Club 5050 for a few days. I started going back to Club 100 according to specific rules. Now I am in Club 75.
