HWC contest #131 Week5: "Let's do some creativity"(I stitched A Dress)

Assalam O Alaikum Steem Hindwhale Community. I am @m-princess. I am here to once again participate in this contest with one of different skills of stitching Which is organized by @jyoti- thelight ma'am.

• Linen Fabric
• Chalk for marking
• Scissor
• Sewing Machine
• Inches tape
• suite for size

Size Of The Shirt and Trouser

Shirt(Kameez)

• Length 33 Inch
• Terra (seam) 14 Inch
• Arms length 21 Inch
• Fitting 15 Inch
• Gheara 20 Inch

Trouser

• Length 35 inch
• Asan(across) 16 Inch
• Pouncha(Hem of trouser) 9 inch

Step 1

First I laid the cloth. This fabric is in yellow colour and the print is floral. I pressed the fabric and then laid it out for marking. Then I cut the shalwar according to the size and cut the shirt. And then I cut off the arms as well.

Step 2

Then I started slitting Bukram's throat.
The young girl's throat is three inches wide and six inches long, so I cut the throat to that measurement. Then I ironed the front collar to the reverse side of the shirt.

Step 3

Then I started to prepare the front throat. After sewing the front neck, I attached it to the back side.

Step 4

After that I started to attach the sleeves of the shirt. I stitched the black colour lace on the arms cuff. And as seen in the picture I attached the sleeve to the shirt by stitching lace.

Step 5

Before sewing the fitting, I cut three small samosas of black fabric and designed them on the front neck.Then I started sewing the fitting of the shirt. And after sewing the sleeves and the fitting, the shirt looks very beautiful as you can see in the above picture.

Step 6

After completing the stitching of the fitting, I started making the ghira and started making the chalk. I used beautiful lace in black colour for the border and chalk. I sewed black colour lace on all four sides of it. Then I cut the back neck and stitched it. After that I added to the design of the front neck by making a small hook of black fabric. And with that the sewing of my shirt was complete.

Step 7

After that I stitched the Trouser. I stitched it as Asan and made about a nine-inch pouncha. And with that I completed the stitching of the trouser.
