Good day steemians!

Kids loves to be sent and fetched in school with their parents. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to do it with my only daughter due to conflict schedules. But I sometimes find time to fetch or send her to school.

And this summer, the DSWD here in our school had some volunteers and organized a summer class wherein they will be teaching the incoming Grade 1 students on how to read fluently. The parents also seated in a room and some volunters are going to have a parenting seminar.

At first, Matheena my daugher was not included in the list because their priority were those learners who really dont know how to read. But I asked their former adviser and it was granted. Yet, I also requested that my sis in law will be the one who will sit in in the seminar since I had lots of things to be done.

Though I am not the one who sit in but I took the previlege to send and fetch them in school. And I can see that Matheena really loves the feeling that I am the one who will send and fetch her in school. Sad to say, next week is their last week and I cant any longer send them in school since our Brigada Eskwela will start on Monday.

I usually waited them outside the gate around 11:20 since their official time out is 11:30.

Short yet I can say that Matheena is so happy since I was able to grant her wish that I will be the one to be with her in her school journey.
