Good day steemians!

Everyone is so excited when their special day is about to come. A month or 2, they are already planning a luxurious party. And they are inviting guests.

But to a simple lady like me, my birthday is just an ordinary day. As long as I give thanks to God for giving me another fruitful and challenging year in my life, its alright with me. I am already too old for parties, I will just save it for my daughter.

To make it a little special, I undertime from my work, so I will be the one to fetch my daughter. I can see how happy she was when I fetched her. She even hugged me and whispered, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY and thank you. Thats how sweet she was.

After fetching her in school we had a snack, then together with her cousin I brought her to a playground. While they are playing, I jusy sit on the corner and felt the moment without thinking of stressful loads. I just feel my bornday by relaxing and feeling the peace of the playground since only few went their since it is weekday.

I just feel the moment and let my inner child show off. I played their stuff their because when I was a kid, we never get in to any playground because mama and papa is so busy working and we dont have a luxury of money to spend since we were 6 siblings all in all and all of us were studying.

We stayed in the playground for an hour and half. So, I can say that the playground is not just for kids, it is also for us mommies who need some happiness and need to show off our inner child to take out the sadness we felt.

After playing, I ordered a bucket of chicken jollibee, 2 sets of pizza and 2 box of icecream and brought it at home.

Then we eat it together. This is still the best bday because I am celebrating it with my family in our house. I must still be thankful because others wasnt able to celebrate it at home, some celebrate it in the hospital, worst some celebrate it in the cemetery. That is why, we should always be grateful because others are wishing what we have.
