The case was very complicated. A young man from a village Raju, is facing trial in court on charges of murder. It was alleged that Raju murdered his neighbor, Hiren last month. Hiren was at his house at the time of the murder, and injury marks were found on his body.The police investigated and identified Raju as the main accused and presented his stained clothes and some artifacts found around Hiren's house as evidence.The people of the village also testified against him. The evidence against Raju was so strong that there was no room for doubt. But the District Judge Judge Aniruddha Sen, could not find peace in his mind..

One day he started re-examining every aspect of the investigation. That day, an important aspect caught his attention. When Raju was arrested, there were some strange names in his phone's call list, which the police did not pay much attention to. He started searching for those names and finally found a person named Zahid, who was known as a murderer outside the village. Upon further investigation, he came to know that Zahid was behind Hiren's murder.

Judge Aniruddha Sen was committed to the truth. He realized that despite all the evidence against Raju, the real murderer was Zahid, and he had to gather the necessary evidence to convict him. Now he had a difficult decision to make about how to present this new information to the court, when the court had such strong evidence before it that Raju was guilty.

The next day in court, Judge Aniruddha Sen began hearing the case. He first began presenting the new information to both sides. He said, "New evidence has come to light regarding the charges. I believe it is not the court's duty to convict an innocent person." Then he presented all the information to the court that proved that Raju was innocent and that Zahid was the real murderer.

At first, the other party to the case objected, but later after further investigation and taking of testimony, the truth came out. Zahid was arrested and the case against Raju was dismissed. Raju was released and got justice from the court.

This incident was a tough test for the judge, where he had to follow the path of justice, no matter how difficult the situation. For his courage and commitment to truth, he left an important example that the main goal of any court should be only to establish justice, and should never punish the wrong person.
