Hi friends,
The day before yesterday, on May 25th, I was going to write in my diary. Yesterday, I was not feeling well; that's why I couldn't write the post, so it was delayed. That morning, I woke up and went upstairs as usual to do some exercise and breathing exercises. Then, the peacock that comes to the house next door every day came and sat there as usual. I was watching, hoping that it would spread its wings and dance, but it got scared after seeing me and stayed there for a while, and flew away.
After that, I came downstairs, cleaned the surroundings, watered the plants, and went to the kitchen to cook breakfast. That day, I had to go to the bank to send money to my daughter, who is studying a pilot course in Canada. I had to do some formalities for that, so I had planned to leave in the morning. This transaction is not done in all bank branches. Due to the inclusion of conversion and exchange of currencies between INR and CAD, it is done only at the head office of the State Bank of India, which is in Coimbatore. I had to go there. I had to do this transaction once in four or five months because I had to pay for a fee called LOA for my daughter.
The foreign banking service called NRI section was very good and convenient. There was a comfortable sofa to sit on in the customer waiting area and an AC hall. A bouquet of flowers was placed on the teapai, which was very beautiful to look at.
My son and I went to the bank at around 11 am because it was about an hour's drive from our house. After going there, they calculated the CAD and INR rates for the day and told us exactly how much we had to pay. Then the money was transferred from our personal account accordingly. After that, it took about two hours to exchange, so we had to wait there until then.
It took about an hour to complete these tasks, so my son got really bored, and he started getting hungry, so we had to wait another two hours, so we started looking for a restaurant on the streets there, thinking that we could have lunch by then. The street was an office block, so it was very difficult to see a restaurant there. There were showrooms, four-wheeler dealerships, two-wheeler showrooms, and insurance offices, but we couldn't see a restaurant.
Since he was hungry and wanted to buy himself his favorite food, we were looking for a hotel to eat his favorite food. Along the way, there was a famous hotel called Kokarako, and we went there and had lunch. When we entered, since it was lunchtime and the restaurant was a uni at that location, it was very crowded inside.
All the tables were full. We got a table, but then we also had to wait for service. My son was already frustrated by searching for a hotel with a hungry stomach, so I shouted to call the service. I shouted loudly to call them, and then the waiter and the supervisor who took the order at that restaurant came and explained the situation. I also realized my mistake and apologized to them. Then I told him to order my son's favorite food. My son also looked at the menu and ordered his favorite food. If you order chicken biryani, chicken lollipop, and chicken butter masala, you can enjoy them together. If I had only ordered tandoori rotis, it would have taken a while to come to the table.
After a short wait, the food we ordered arrived at the table. We started enjoying them. We were very hungry. The food was very tasty. After that, we paid the bill and went back to the bank. Our transaction was completed. They gave us a receipt. We took it and left from there and went home.

How much does it cost for LOA there? In Indonesia it is around 1 million rupiah or equivalent to 400 STEEM
