Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?

Yes I have enjoyed them because they can be considered Pakistani food even now but once upon a time Pakistan was in India so it was considered Indian food. In India especially Muslims cook various non-vegetarian dishes and in that way Pakistani food is available in Islamic restaurants in India, especially dishes like Kbab, Beef biryani, Haleem, Mutton pulao, Karachi Nihari, Sajji are also popular here.

In those my favorite dishes are Karachi Nihari, and Mmutton Puloa. Here, Muslims prepare and serve such dishes on their festivals like Bakrid and Ramadan. They also invite us to feasts. Then we get a chance to eat Pakistani food. Similarly, when we serve food on our special occasions, especially birthdays or any other victory celebrations, we invite muslim friends to make Pakistani biryani and Nihari which make the dine more rich.

Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?

Yes, the famous "Chettinadu Chicken Masala" in our region is made in a similar way but there are minor changes and there are some changes in the ingredients, especially here onion is the main ingredient and green chillies are not added. Otherwise, the recipe is the same and I hope the taste is the same.

Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine ?

Among the spices used in Pakistani cuisine, I like garam masala the most. When used in non-vegetarian dishes, it adds flavor and aroma to the food. Similarly, I like Kashmiri chili powder the most. It gives color to the food and keeps the food tasty without being overpowering.

I would like to invite my friends
