Application Steemit Challenge Season 26 || Hand Craft Project
Hello Steemit team
I am @jyoti-thelight from India. I'm thrilled to submit an application for Steemit Challenge Season 26, and I think I'm qualified to run this challenge because of my site experience and the support I have from the members. Since I work as a graphic designer, I am very interested in making crafts, art, and decorations. I also make my own handcrafted items because I'm really interested in them, and I've already published several tutorials on various Steemit communities.
As part of this Steemit challenge, Season 26, I will provide participants with challenges and tutorials on six different handicrafts over the course of six weeks. The 6-week craft challenge will allow participants to demonstrate practical skills and creative ideas. Participants will learn how to make creative yet useful craft designs with imaginative, one-of-a-kind, and fantastic ideas, as well as how to use recycled materials for productivity. They will become do-it-yourself artists through the 6-week tutorials, which cover crafts, frugal living tips, and planning to turn their talents into a fulfilling life.
How people can interact and get engaged with the project.
There are many excellent artists on Steemit, particularly women, who want to demonstrate their artistic abilities. They are not receiving adequate support since they must spend a significant amount of money to develop crafts that demonstrate their talent. The expense of manufacturing crafts exceeds the worth of the upvotes they receive for their posts; hence, the majority of them do not participate. And I believe they will be more encouraged if they get opportunities like SC Season 26. I believe that more participants will join these six-week contests since the revenue generated by these tournaments will be beneficial and motivating.
Let's looking forward what will to get learn from Week 1 to Week 6
Week 1: Paper Craft
People have been creating paper crafts since prehistoric times. It is really simple to perform and extremely inexpensive. New procedures have recently been introduced, and they are working quite effectively. As a result, numerous innovative paper craft concepts are being brought to light.
This week, one of them will be used as a tutorial, and the participants will be assigned an assignment as a result. In it, kids must create a paper craft and demonstrate it step by step.
Week 2: Origami
Origami is the Japanese art of paper folding. It aims to promote the artistic ability to create various shapes by folding paper. This is done by folding the paper without cutting or gluing it. Traditional origami forms follow a specific set of conventions, while modern origami forms are more elaborate and innovative.
This week, I will teach one origami craft to make any shape as a tutorial and give it to the participant as a task, and he must show how to do it step by step.
Week 3 : Art from waste
Art from waste is the process of creating artwork from recycled or used materials. It helps reduce waste and raise environmental awareness. By creating products using waste, you can reduce costs and create new sources of income. Using old materials to create new art objects develops creativity and imagination.
Examples:
You can make toys and home decor items using plastic bottles and paper.
You can make bags and pillowcases using old clothes.
You can make sculptures using metal scraps.
As a result, a change will be implemented for users during the third week. Participants will be given a lesson with ideas for creating art out of waste items, and they must exhibit the step-by-step process.
Week 4 Quilling Art
Quilling is an art form that involves rolling, folding, and gluing thin pieces of paper into various shapes to create decorative items or works of art. The art of quilling has been around since ancient times. The art is named after the quill feathers used to roll the paper. Modern quilling is often used to create greeting cards, gift boxes, decorative items, and jewelry.
In the 4th week I'll show a quilling art tutorial and give the participants the task of making the art with a step-by-step presentation.
Week 5: Art with use-and-throw materials
It incorporates everyday usable or use-and-throw objects into creative artistic crafts. In this type of art, recyclable or discarded materials are used and transformed into art objects. This helps to protect the environment, reduce waste, and create new art objects. For example, a paper cup, ice cream sticks, earbuds, or matchsticks can be used to create beautiful shapes while at the same time becoming an example of art.
Week 6: Cards & Scrapbooks
Making cards is the process of designing and making your own greeting cards, invitations, and cards for other special occasions. You can decorate the cards using colored papers, stickers, ribbons, buttons, and other decorative items. For special occasions like birthdays, weddings, and festivals, making personalized cards is very popular.
Scrapbook making is an art form that involves collecting photos, letters, tickets, and other memorabilia into a book, decorating it, and personalizing it. You can engage in activities like pasting photos into scrapbooks, adding pictures, stickers, and other decorative items.
On this sixth week, participants will be trained on how to make cards or scrapbooks and will be given a task to demonstrate their skills.
Remarks & Verification Method:
During these six weeks, participants will be screened for plagiarism and AI content, while participants will be given scores based on how well they understood the concept and how they demonstrated their talent. The top four contestants will be announced as the best for that week. Every week the top 4 best of the week will be selected, and the results will be announced and rewarded, and they will also be nominated for SC01 support.
I would like to thank you for creating artwork as per the contest topic. Based on our review of your article, we have come to the following conclusion:
