Every week from Hindwhale Community to Admin @jyoti-thelight, A food diary game contest was organized.I didn't delay anymore, Today I will share with you the details about every food that was included in the daily food list on January 30th .

Today's Friday, and its everyone's weekend except me.So on Fridays I made some special food items on special days special types of delicious food, making the day more enjoyable .Moreover, good food and nutritious food also react on mind setup.Because good food is good to eat and if the food is delicious and variety food full of variety nutrition then the day becomes joyful.



In Breakfast time

After waking up in the morning preparation today I made Kalai Roti , which I needed to make rice powder and muskalai dal/Black gram powder.

Mix the same amount of rice and dal powder with water, salt, make a well-made dough and keep it in room temperature and the moisture of rice and pulses will be fine.
Then to eat this kalai bread I need spicy food which I made three types of bharta. It was onion, dried chillies, mustard oil and eggplant filling.To make eggplant bharta, I first applied some mustard oil on the whole eggplant and burned it on fire.Then I threw away the burnt eggplant peel and mixed it well with my hands to make bharta and fried the dry chili onion bharta, and dry chillies in a pan without oil, kneaded them with raw onion, mustard oil and ground them into powder and gave some cilantro .

There was also Shutki Bharta, I made it in a pan-fried green chillies and onions and dry fish without oil and then blended it.

Usually it can't be done the way we make bread in sandy sand by putting it on top of a polythene and pressing it and then making the bread.Usually in Rajshahi district they squeeze the bread in hand I'm not as good as them so I made it in my style.
This breakfast is basically a very popular dish of Rajshahi district of Bangladesh Kalai roti with spicy bharta. So I also sat in Dhaka and ate the food of this Rajshahi region at my house.

Really breakfast today this dish was very tasty and very tempting, an interesting dish.


Every day after breakfast I have to drink a cup of tea and if I can't drink this tea, my head is as shimmering as it is, how sad the day is.So for mind fresh I drank a cup of milk tea without sugar.

Lunch time


It's winter now so there's a lot of plums available in the market and plums I love to eat.So before taking a bath as a fruit, I ate sour plum salt and dried chili powder and sour plum was quite tasty.

I want a special item for everyone at lunch today, so since everyone is at home today, it's not bad if it's a special item at the lunch table at noon. So today I made cauliflower korma as a special.
Which I made by pasting cashew nuts and pistachios. First I fried the cauliflower in light oil and then added onion, ginger, garlic paste, garam masala powder, and almond paste, sour curd and milk to the spices well and fried cauliflower. I served it with chopped coriander leaves and green chillies.
This is the first time I cooked cauliflower korma but it was so delicious that its test beat any meat curry.

And special for the kids was their favorite chicken curry
Special day so everyone should prepare some favorite food my favorite vegetables are shrimp with gourd curry and gourd peel with vegetables.

So my lunchtime meal list was Plain Rice with gourd curry and gourd-peeled vegetables.

Snacks time


When everyone is at home, eating and drinking becomes a little too much and who doesn't like to eat fun food, so today afternoon snacks had many types of food, including Muri/Puffed rice, a popular dish in our country, and pakora was a potato, eggplant chop with gram flour, and dal pakora. Also everyone's favorite nuts that it's nice to eat out a bit of nuts while talking.
No matter how much food I eat, I need tea as a drink, so I drank green tea as a drink.

Dinner time


I usually eat white rice at noon so at dinner I put a Roti, fresh salad and cauliflower korma,chicken curry for me, .

Among the ideal foods was milk which should be consumed in some amount every day so I was no exception. I also had a cup of milk without cream because I don't usually eat milk cream. I put it aside to make ghee.
And that's how I ended today's food diary.

Tu desayuno estuvo muy nutritivo y me pareció muy interesante algo muy diferente a lo de mi cultura sin embargo se ve que este alimento contiene muchas vitaminas para nuestro cuerpo
Y posee fibra
