"My Favorite City of My Country".

Hello Steemians! How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah Almighty. I am also well and enjoying my wonderful day. Today I have come to Hindwhale community to participate in an interesting competition. Hindwhale community moderator @abdullahw2 sir organizes the competition. In this wonderful competition, we will learn about our friends' favorite cities. The title of the competition: "About my favorite city of my country". What is your favorite city of your country? Why do you like it?

I live in Bangladesh. There are 64 districts and 7 divisions in Bangladesh. My favorite city in my country is Rajshahi city. First of all, I was born in Rajshahi city, I grew up in the free air of this city, so Rajshahi city is my favorite. Rajshahi city is called the city of fairies. The ancient town is 'Rajshahi'. It is said that Rajshahi is the city of green and clean air in the country. This divisional city, built on the banks of the Padma, is famous for its silk, mango, litchi, and green nature. Rajshahi is called the Silk City because of its silk fabrics. Rajshahi is known as the city of education due to the presence of various high-quality educational institutions in Rajshahi. Many of Rajshahi City's renowned educational institutions have gained international recognition in addition to domestic recognition. Rajshahi is the most beautiful, clean and tidy city among the divisional cities. The city's roadways are maintained throughout the year with lush vegetation in addition to being clean. Numerous trees of various species have been planted in rows along the middle of the road. At night, the surroundings are illuminated by the light of lampposts in an aesthetic design. Anyone will be impressed at first sight. That is why I love my beloved city Rajshahi very much.

Have you ever lived there, or do you just love visiting?

I am a resident of this city. I live in my beloved Rajshahi city and I love the clean air of this city very much. Being outside of this metropolis is unthinkable. I was born in this city full of greenery. I started walking on the streets of this city with my bare feet. I spent my school life and college life in this city. I can never think of leaving the bright environment, greenery, and the unique beauty of nature of my beloved city. The fact that I live in this city makes me proud.

Rajshahi is one of the traditional ancient cities of Bangladesh located on the banks of the Padma River. Rajshahi district, famous for mangoes and silk fabrics, is the largest city in Rajshahi division. This Rajshahi city, rich in the history of ancient Bengal, has famous mosques, temples, and historical structures. Popular tourist destinations in this city on the banks of the Padma include Bagha Mosque, Puthia Rajbari, Padma banks, Barendra Research Museum, Rajshahi University, Shishu Park, Hawakhana, Padma Garden, Zoo, etc.

Rajshahi city is mainly located along the Padma River. And various types of entertainment centers have been built along the Padma River for a few kilometers, of which Padma Garden is one of them. Padma Garden is an open entertainment center, which has several picturesque places and various types of restaurants.

Shaheed Zia Shishu Park located in Naodapara, Rajshahi is a popular entertainment center in this city. One of its beauties is the artificial hill in the middle of the pond. The park is open every day from 10 am to evening, with an entry fee of 30 taka.

The most popular tourist destination in Rajshahi is the T Badh. From T Badh, you can enjoy the calm, cool, and serene view of the river. During the monsoon, the time is full to the brim. You will catch a unique view in front of the dam. There is a small village on the other side of the river. In addition, there are a few small chars. You can take a boat to those places. There are always boats on the dam.

Rajshahi Central Zoo is located on the banks of the Padma River. In addition to the zoo, there is a children's park here. There is a small lake decorated with various trees. Sculptures, water fountains, and a park. The beauty of the Padma River can also be enjoyed from the artificial hills of the park. In addition, there are several rides, including Nagardola, and paddle boards for entertainment. On the other hand, the zoo has several animals including deer, gharial, horses, utviral, sand duck, snakes, and crocodiles.

Another beautiful place in Rajshahi is C&B Road. It is a road. Rajshahi Circuit House is next to the road. Walking on this green, lush, shaded road makes you feel good, whether it is morning or afternoon.

Rajshahi College is very ancient and traditional. Especially the red building in the college is a symbol of other beauty. It is the administration building of the college. Apart from this, there are different species of trees in the college. There is also a pond full of lotus flowers. Sitting on the banks of the pond, one can enjoy an incomparable beauty.

A trip to Rajshahi is not complete without visiting Paris Road. Paris Road is part of Rajshahi University. Tall trees called Gaganshirish stand in rows on both sides of Paris Road. It is known that these trees were brought from Paris, the capital of France. That is why the road has been named 'Paris Road'. Paris Road extends for about one kilometer from Kajla Gate of Rajshahi University to Sher-e-Bangla Fazlul Haque Hall. Walking on this road, one can feel the coolness of the shade. When you walk down a deserted, silent street, the unknown dances in your mind, A joy. As soon as you enter Rajshahi University, you will see various buildings that will make everyone's eyes sparkle.

If someone visits for the first time, then one place they must see is the Padma Garden in Rajshahi. You can spend time with your family and loved ones in a very beautiful environment. If you want to breathe some peace in your busy life, I would say spend some time at the Padma Garden in Rajshahi. Tourists do not fall in love with the dazzling beauty of the Padma Garden, many people who fall in love with this beautiful place also consider the Padma Garden as a shooting spot. You can enjoy boat trips and a sunset with your loved ones in the late afternoon. Sitting here, you can enjoy nature from very close. So if someone visits my beloved city Rajshahi for the first time, they must go to the Padma Garden.
