HWC contest #155 Week 13: "Let's do some creativity"|| organized by @jyoti-thelight mam in Hindwhale Community Today, I will share my entry with you in the contest. I'll demonstrate today how to use clay to transform a basic hair band into something spectacular. Every person has some inherent qualities. Those skills are revealed when they get the right platform to express these qualities. I'd want to thank @jyoti-thelight mam for arranging this fantastic weekly competition between us. Let's go, friends, without delay, I am going to share my creativity with you.

Materials required for my clay craft today:

• Clay

• Hair band

• Glue

Step 1:

I have arranged all the materials required for my clay craft. For the hairband craft, I have combined clays of colors like red, yellow, purple, pink, light pink etc. I have taken a black hairband.

Step 2:

First, after taking the clay out of the packet, I shook it in my hands for some time to soften it. Then I cut it into small pieces to make flowers.

Step 3:

I rolled the small pieces of clay in my palm and made them into rounds. Then I arranged five small balls side by side.

Step 4:

I pressed the flower petals gently with the help of a stick. After removing the stick, you can see that the flowers have created a beautiful design. Similarly, I made several flowers with clay of different colors.

Step 5:

In this step, I glued the flowers made of clay to the hairband.

Step 6:

After applying the flowers, the hairband looked very beautiful. The colorful flowers made the ordinary hairband extraordinary.

It is very easy to make different types of crafts with clay. You can make different types of crafts like flowers, vines and leaves, and even paint them. This was my little effort today to reveal a hidden talent of mine in front of you. I hope you like it. I will come back with new crafts later. Allah Hafez.
