Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

It’s Ramadan, and it’s quite a joyful and blessed month for the whole world. Fasting, being one of the basic fundamentals of Islam, is observed by every Muslim across the world, and so do I, even after going to bed very late at night. I couldn’t afford to stay in bed for long early in the morning and got up at around 4:30 AM to the alarm I had already set on my mobile phone. As soon as my eyes opened, I kicked myself out of bed and went straight to perform ablution. Then, I joined my parents, who were already gathered in the dining room for the pre-dawn meal called Suhoor, which needs to be completed about an hour before the actual sunrise.

After I was done with my meal, I headed towards the nearby mosque to offer the morning prayer. As I was feeling a little sleepy due to not having enough rest through the night, I was a little quick in performing the prayers. Then, I headed back home to get back to bed. After a second spell of sleep, I got up at 9 AM and, without having any need for breakfast, I went straight to take a shower and then headed towards my office.

Today at the office, we embarked on a new journey to transform our block into a clean and hygienic one as a new initiative of clearing the legacy site and sensitizing people about sanitation and its importance has begun.

For this program, the assistant commissioner of the district arrived at our office to join in as a guest and to inaugurate the program himself, aiming to raise awareness about its significance and motivate people to cooperate with the department in revolutionizing rural sanitation. Since one of the legacy sites was situated just a few hundred meters from our block office, we headed straight to that place and began clearing the site with the help of sanitation workers.

The assistant commissioner inaugurated the program, and the site was cleared during the day. This clearance was important not only for the aesthetics of the area but also because the road, along whose banks the legacy waste was dumped, leads to the famous shrine of Shaikh Nodi Noorani Rehmat Ullah Alaih. It is a significant road in the district, with a number of devotees traveling on it throughout the year. Moreover, the road also leads to Yusmarg, a well-known tourist resort, making its cleanliness even more important.

After taking part in the sanitation drive along with my colleagues, I headed back to my office to resume routine work. As the financial year is coming to an end, the capital expenditure needs to be fully utilized by March 31st. For this reason, we need to be in the office throughout the day, processing bills and making payments to the contractors who have executed developmental works during this financial year. We can’t afford to be away from the office these days because if any bill remains unprocessed, the amount lapses, and the responsibility falls solely on the officials involved.

Later, upon finishing my work, I headed back home. Since I was fasting, I felt a little exhausted, and upon reaching home, I first offered my afternoon prayers and then took some time to refresh myself. Later, I got involved in preparing for Iftar, the breaking of the fast. After breaking the fast at around 6:38 PM, I offered prayers and then had my dinner.

Later in the evening, I dedicated some time to reading Indian Polity by M. Laxmikant. And in this way, I ended my day.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
