The Diary game.Ramadhan day 2. A Day of Duty, Devotion, and Discipline in Ramadan
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
It’s Ramadan 2, and I had to get up early in the morning to the alarm. I had already set it around 4:30 AM. These days, we can’t afford to get up very late because having a predawn meal is an obligation and a part of fasting, and we need to get up quite in time to have enough time for the meal. After finishing the meal, I set off for the morning prayers in the nearby mosque, and upon finishing the prayers, I returned home to straightaway get into my bed again to complete my sleep, as I had gone to bed very late at night. These days, I don’t go on a walk or do any exercises at home because fasting is enough to keep me healthy and also to decrease the amount of calories in my body.
It was raining through the night, and the temperature had gone down a little. As we are in springtime, even a slight drizzle decreases the temperature and makes life a little difficult. At the time of setting off for office, I wasn’t in the mood, but because of my duty, I had to set off, and without taking much time, I straightaway headed towards the village I have been posted in. Today’s task included the registration of beneficiaries for the Suryagarh scheme, intended to provide rooftop solar to households at subsidised rates by the Government of India, and also to help the country achieve some sustainable development goals. For this reason, I was pretty quick to reach the village because the registrations take some time, and I also had to simultaneously register some beneficiaries for the PMAY housing scheme, which is intended to provide shelter to homeless families.
I spent my whole day in the village doing registrations for different schemes. Meanwhile, I also offered the afternoon prayers in the local mosque of the village. These days, a number of people can be seen getting together in the mosque for the prayers, to offer other religious rites, and to do other benevolent deeds which are regarded as highly rewarding and blessed as far as the Islamic doctrine is concerned. Later, after doing my job throughout the day, I was quite exhausted, and with the official close, I headed back towards my place. Upon reaching my place, I straightaway performed ablution for the late afternoon prayers before going for a nap of about an hour.
Later in the day, I made arrangements for Iftar, and then after breaking the fast, I took some time to read Indian history. Later, it was time for the Isha prayers. I offered the prayers in the mosque, and after the prayers were done, I headed back towards my place to get to bed and give my body some rest and enough time to complete my sleep.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
