Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

As usual, I got up early in the morning, as I am carrying on the habit of Ramadan into my regular life now, and getting up early has become my routine for quite some time. I performed ablution first to purify myself and to be able to present myself at the mosque. As the weather has been dry for quite some time now, the daytime temperatures have risen, and every day it feels like we are not in the spring season but already in summer. There is no significant difference now between this and previous summers. After I was done with the prayers, I headed back to my place, and today I tried to burn some excess calories by walking around the locality. I have just started going on morning walks, and I still feel a little hesitant because of the potential threat of encountering a wild animal while walking towards the farmlands. After a short brisk walk, I returned home and then went straight to water the lawn. After my sweat had dried up, I took a shower and then had my breakfast. I got ready for the office fairly quickly and left my place at around 9:30 AM to dive into the official duties for the day.

For quite a few days now, we have been assigned the task of registering citizens for the grievance redressal portal Samadhan, launched by the Jammu and Kashmir government some time ago to provide people with a platform where they can file their grievances and receive responses digitally. Now, they no longer have to move from one office to another, as they can get all the necessary information in one place. It’s quite a significant step towards good governance by the Jammu and Kashmir government. Since people are still unaware of this new development, the officials of the Rural Development Department have been assigned the task of making people aware and registering them at the same time.

Apart from this job, another application that has been launched recently by the Government of India is Suryagarh, which is intended to facilitate the installation of rooftop solar panels at subsidised rates. It helps in electricity generation and would actually provide people with relief from the burden of electricity charges, whether supplied by private agencies or the government.

After finishing my job later in the afternoon, I had to head back to my place, from where I had to set off for one of our family friends’ homes in the Khan area of Budgam district. Being located on the road leading to one of the most beautiful tourist sites, Doodhpathri, the traffic in the area was quite heavy, and the travel took a little longer than usual. For that reason, we were a bit late in reaching there.

Upon arrival, I interacted with some of the boys there and joined them to have a glimpse of the village. I accompanied them and went all around the village to witness its beauty firsthand. It truly was a beautiful place, and I enjoyed my stay there. No doubt it was a short visit, but it was long enough to help me make memories.

While I was there, I met two little boys who were rearing sheep on the banks of a small stream. While interacting with them, I was taken back to my own childhood moments and could reminisce about the fond memories I have. I was quite touched by the way those little boys interacted with me. Upon learning that one of the boys had a few pigeons at his place, I was excited and asked him for one. He took no time and brought me a pigeon from his house. While he was out fetching the pigeon, I was told that the boy was an orphan, and his father had died some time ago, leaving the family in a state of severe poverty and helplessness.

Late in the day, we returned home at around 7:30 PM. After parking my car in the parking lot at my place, I went to see my friends in the main market of the village. Since I had caught a glimpse of them while driving back home, I couldn’t stop myself at my place. Just after parking the car, I handed over the keys to my mother and left to meet my friends.

Later in the evening, I read a few chapters of Indian history, and by around 11:30 PM, I started feeling sleepy and couldn’t stop myself from going to bed.

It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
